uh it's a very long process of practicing to do anatomy, I suggest just looking up some videos, but the most important thing to begin with is trying to simplify the human body into as little shapes as possible while keeping it fluid

I use a box for the chest and a weird 3d shape for the pelvis and the arms and legs i kinda just wing
