rlly good basic shapes but make sure to add a circle to where the back arm is to show the shoulder so its just not a floating limb because despite most of the upper arm being covered by the torso doesnt mean there is a sudden disconnection

I just draw different stuff and get better naturally

Make it just consistent and a passion with purpose and objective

Then sleep a lot and exercise

The rest is other academic, self improvement, work, other hobbies

Also follow 80/20 rule. Do 20% and get 80% result which means is that choose something that is very hard so you glcan get a lot of experience (repeat and practice enough) in it until it is not hard enough so you can move forward to another harder stuffs

• don't be scared of harder stuff, be excited on it

• sleep always get 6-8 hours

Take break 5 mins every 30mins

The backgrounds has less saturated tones, darker colors and whatnot. The bright blue of the uniform sticks out like a sore thumb, try dulling the color a little bit and use the same bright color for highlights in the shading
