Well first things first, hulk is NOT anatomically correct as far as I know so the proportions wouldn’t be normal, but as far as I know I don’t really understand his proportions. I just suggest you get a reference and measure each limb and use that as a sort of overall basis for what you got goin on to see if yours is similar.
