welp it's taken me a long time to get better but in my beggining stages i used websites that gave me poses and tried to simplify people's anatomy into shapes, i'll show you what i did when i first started

this was one of my first ever drawings back when i used krita

i was trying to learn basic anatomy

if you keep practicing this, you'll become a very good artist, but also you need to remember to practice faces too. I've seen many artists great at anatomy that suck at drawing faces and many artists who are great at faces but suck at anatomy

one last word of advice, don't get caught up drawing only one gender, bc even artists better than me can struggle to draw the opposite gender when they only draw one

i used to only draw women but i forced my self to make it more evenly distributed
