Yh, going up thru promotion with fixed salary does end up better but also gives less freedom to be flexible with time…like if its more like each day quota target and then u can leave, then thats ideal but if it is 9-5 job and still gotta make profit even tho u made many, then thats just misusing u (unless its compensated with salary increments or paid leaves)… idk, but if we have enough money to invest initial capital to stocks trading and becomes successful, then why not do it by ourselves instead relying on fixed salary (but again it still brings with risks)
