the new poll style has potential but it's not ready yet imo. it needs some things implemented like being able to see who voted for what, or having an option to vote anonymously vs non-anonymously. They also need to be able to be edited, in order to add answers, and the character limit needs to be extended, but the current way it works it doesn't have much flexibility and still feels clunky.
No disrespect or anything for Poot. I understand a lot of hard work went into it and I love what poot has done otherwise. But for polls, the old way is still better imo and not being able to make them there for a few days genuinely made me sad. Maybe I shouldn't be so emotionally invested in polls, but i've been on the old school poll method for years now and it has brought me and many others so much joy. There was never anything wrong with it and to see it go was like... idk man it was like having my pet stolen from me and then renamed. Like bruh that is not Mr Jim Jim, that's Mr Bojangles and always has been.
