i did a school project about this, oat milk is best overall (environmentally it's sustainable, lots of people like the taste, and it has good nutrition). i don't like it a lot, maybe just the one brand i tried. i enjoyed cashew milk the next most out of the plant milks we tried, then almond milk. cow milk is still the best tasting and healthiest, except it's a lot worse for the environment
