I thought Clancy was alive after that Warner Chappell leak, which said so, but apparently that wasn’t official, so idk now.

Firstly I think he is alive because in the No Chances there screaming sounds (most clearly heard in 17. second) and if you slow down it there are siren sounds before "We come for no chances" part. I think he could be Clancy trying to escape with a group of banditos. Group of banditos because someone singing "Run away, run away" after "We want you home in one piece now" (Bishops may have saidvthe part "We want you home in one piece now" and many similar ones) so one of the banditos (not completely under control) said the part "Run away, run away" (As you remember, yellow leaves were thrown in Jumpsuit. To inspire and get him to escape) but this escape failed. (Of course, not all were caught, some escaped to Bandito Camp.) And the bishops realized that Dema was not a safe place to keep them in and they started to transport them by submarine to another place.
