My FNAF 2 THOUGHTS ||

  • that screentime for the withereds was minimal they should have had the og souls possess them at the end as a nod to the ā€œwithereds are the ogsā€ theory
  • Mike Afton/Schmidt being split into different characters has interesting implications for future movies bc this is a timeline where Afton wasnā€™t responsible for his brothers death??
  • not enough mangle but thereā€™s never enough mangle
  • VA work for the toys was stellar
  • solid Easter eggs both in your face and not (Candy Cat and RWQFSFASXC are insane pulls omg)
  • Jesus Christ puppet possession wasnā€™t in the games and Iā€™m ok with that it was freaky (possibly a stitchwraith thing in the books?) ||

In the end I think fnaf1 and fnaf2 did what they set out to do, which was set up FNAF 3 and Springtrap. Regardless of the franchise name heā€™s always been the strongest character both in design and fear factor.

Also I look forward to the inevitable HHN house and Will need to spend a half hour sitting with Withered Bonnie and/or Mangle
