Firstly, its very subjective and the reasons are mostly personal to me because when the teasers of breach came out i was expecting something way different from the song and when i first listened i just got hit with what felt like a wall of noise lol. Also the lyrics dont really hit for me as much, a lot of their songs have deeply relatable lyrics or even just cool lyrics i can feel but dld is just a kinda cute song that i dont really feel as much. Another thing i dont like about it is its sound, or idk just something about the way its produced just kind of grates at my ears lol, I do like the song tho otherwise its a nice song with some good energy but doesnt hit the spot for me personally.

Maybe this is a hot take, but I don't like the studio versions of either of these songs. I loved hearing Downstairs live at my show during the Breach tour, but I just don't really like the studio version anymore--maybe I've heard it too much?

If I had to vote, I'd pick Downstairs because I've never liked the synth used in the beginning and throughout DLD
