Of course. And as art is subjective, I see that video as showing how family come from the same tree and whilst helping you through hard times, can enable bad behaviour. I have an older brother so I can totally see us in those scenarios. The ending is meant to double down on that negative aspect.

i like that insight of seeing the messages of the song in a creative/musical way, and i honestly think it's true, but i meant how every album tangles in one way or another the topic of depression, but what started as a mechanism tyler had to vent, making most of the early songs really personal and with messages directed to himself, trench got the overall topic of mental struggles to the next level by expanding bf's storyline into a whole new universe and having metaphors and allegories to the same topics but worked around the universe he's creating, and those messages instead of being (almost) entirely directed to him are directed towards the clique, towards us.

we've had tons of songs before that address the topic in the way directed of their fanbase, songs like guns for hands, truce or fairly local, but songs like bandito, cut my lip, and especially leave the city tell directly to those that reached out to this band because of struggles that everything is going to be alright; it's not something he tells to him, now it's something he tells to everyone that is going through similar stuff he does, and that is something i love about trench's lyricism. what at first was a way of escape and to express his emotions (through music) is now what he's using to help people stand up and push on through, while still having personal songs, so it's more of something he started to integrate into his songs and we see them in clancy too, it's magnificent.
