I think in the album context it also works incredibly well, because Clancy has been trying to send this message of rebellion and darkness throughout the album; and while Redecorate obviously based on a real life situation, it could also be interpreted as people in their rooms in Dema understanding Clancy's message and realising they don't want to die for vialism's sake

kind of a nod towards why there are people within Dema who even want to listen to Clancy when he comes to teach them about the plan in the Overcompensate mv

i mean thats kind of the point. the album was like a mask of fake positivity that you could see slipping off if you listened carefully enough . No Chances marks the first point when the shitty coping mechanisms failed to shield Clancy from his reality (that he was trapped and alone and at the mercy of the bishops). i guess "turning point" is the wrong word to use, it's more of a climax...

The transition between The Rest Of The Album and No Chances isn't actually that severe once you realise 90% of sai is about like. complete helplessness and resignation to the fact that nothing is ever going to change.
