Honestly if you have one near you, I’d highly suggest checking out a thrift store! Sometimes you can find great stuff at those places for cheap. Def look for things in olive green/camo/black and work from there :) then you can always add yellow tape to complete the look

at the start of every tour, a band does a rehearsal day the day before show day to make sure everything works correctly to make sure all equipment works correctly and well, and making sure that everything fits within the stage specifications

People are able to buy merch because the band announced that you can do early merch shopping the day before the show

But now you do know that before the start of a tour, a few days before the first show usually the crew loads in and checks to make sure everything works well and that everything is where it’s supposed to be

If it’s a stadium show of nearly 70 to 100,000 capacity, then usually a band takes nearly 2 to 5 days to check in based on their production level

So I have the opportunity to attend a TOP concert with a really good friend of mine and I’m feeling hella nervous. It’s my first big concert ever and my only worry is that I’m somewhat sensitive to flashing lights (yep I have the ‘tism). I tried to watch videos of previous shows to get an idea of what to expect and while it looks like I can handle some things like the videos onscreen and the more colorful lighting - there is one specific song’s visuals that genuinely concern me (and yes it’s ironic)… and that would be Stressed Out. The bright white flashing strobes even on a video felt disorienting to me.

Anyone who has similar sensitivity want to chime in and offer advice? I would definitely be bringing earplugs of course (I looked at Loops or Eargasm ones) and maybe sunglasses of some kind to help with some of the bright lights.

i wear these to literally every show ever and they’re great! love the added height with the platform. don’t wear them in the pit if you are super concerned about them getting stepped on… but for me that’s just a fact of life :p if yours aren’t broken in enough yet and you’re scared you will get a blister, buy some moleskin and put it on your heels etc !

i feel like they have fit pretty average to unisex sizes- between my gf and i we have a zipper hoodie and t shirts

however the tshirts are more narrow. like it fits like a medium on the top/sleeves, but the bottom of the shirt my gf doesn’t like how it fits around her hips -it’s too tight/fitted. the shirt doesn’t really flare out the same way a hot topic shirt might, it’s just kind of narrow and long. so if you hate that too you might want to size up or just crop the shirt a bit 🤣

And some people don’t do their homework, so they can get caught up in the lack of attention others have. Leaving a bunch of us standing around scratching our heads.

Honestly if you are trying to buy or sell tickets, the best way will be through Seat Geek, Ticketmaster, Ebay, etc. Those sites have protections for the buyers and sellers so it's much less likely to get scammed. Don't trust random people on discord, tiktok, twitter, or any other social media.

I think getting there an hour before opening doors should be fine if you wanna be close close but then again when doors opened at Toronto by 630, there were maybe 4-5 rows of people in stage B by around 730pm ish. It also depends if you're going to buy merch or not. If you're planning on buying merch, then get in line as early as possible so you can head to merch first because the line for that can get long.
