Some things to note when buying tickets. A good way to confirm they are legit is if they can screen record them swiping from your conversation to the Ticketmaster app and confirming they do have the tickets clicking through their app. And also a screenshot of the confirmation email showing they did purchase said tickets. If they aren't willing to do that or give you excuses it's probably a scam.

Don't even trust just a screenshot of a picture of the tickets they could easily Photoshop that. Video proof is the safest bet

🎟️ IMPORTANT TICKET GUIDE 🎟️

Before buying or selling any tickets, pay attention to these warning signs that you may be getting scammed ‼️

• they're unable to provide video or picture proof with a watermark of their ticket

• they're offering to sell tickets for multiple shows at once

• their ticket looks strange or wrong (it has the clancy world tour logo, wrong date, etc.)

• they can't be specific about what price they originally paid themselves

• the discord account is new or they're new to the server

• they claim they bought extra tickets they only wanna sell to real fans

• they're insisting on using other payment options than Paypal - only use Paypal's Goods and Services to buy/sell tickets due to its scammer protection, which provides refunds. NEVER use its Friends and Family option because you will not be protected and able to get your money back. This is the definite sign they are a scammer.

I've Been Scammed, Now What?

• If you used the Goods and Services option on Paypal, you will be able to contact their customer service to let them know that you never received the product you bought. They will give you your money back if you contact them in their 180 day timeframe.

How to dispute a seller on Paypal

• You should report the account to discord. To do this, report their message, select the Something Else option, then select Impersonation, Scam, or Fraud so they can be banned from the app itself.

• You should report them to the server moderators through #support-tickets. We will ban the user so they can't dm anyone else and delete their messages from the server.

Be very careful before buying tickets online from resellers. Ask questions, even ones that may seem silly. If you need to, get second opinions from others. Pay attention to the red flags, if someone seems sketchy, it's never worth it. Stay safe, and stay vigilant.
