hi!! is anyone else going? i'm aiming for pit tickets but i'll see what i end up getting since i have to fight the presale while i'm on the clock at work
im planning on going, not in the pit tho (i fear im too short for pit)
i'm 5'4 i didn't think about being too short for the pit lmao
im 5'2 😭
👁️👁️
anyone know why vividseats is selling tickets even though the first presale hasnt even started?

can they do that??
After being nervous and sweating all morning, I got my tickets!
first pit show here we goooooooo
Same!
Not the section I had my eye on bc needed two next to each other but excited all the same
does anyone have extra pit?
they just do that to separate out their stock! you’re all good
i’ve never been to tinley park’s venue before. i’ve heard horror stories about the traffic afterwards, does anyone know? should i have paid for better parking?
I've never been to this venue either, but I went to the clancy tour at philly and got a hotel near the venue and walked. It was a great decision, no parking mess to deal with at all. Going to do the same for this one.
it can be annoying but it's worse at other illinois venues
CU1A capacity is pretty low comparatively
ive been in the parking before, it does take some time to get out but you do get out lmao
parking i believe is included with the ticket so we dont have to worry about parking somewhere else
Only higher seats were left by the time I got through everything, but no complaints regardless
this is gonna be amazing
my mom and i are going, luckily she was home by the time i got in to get tickets so we both know where we're going lmao
If I ever stumbled across a large sum of money I wouldn’t tell anyone, but there would be signs…
my mom went with me to the clancy tour and got hooked! we just got seats to this show, it's so awesome to have a mom to join you!
see thats such a scam, i got sec 104 tickets for $190 each 😭
nice!!
what i like to do for shows is swap between which parent i go with - im going to another concert in august with my dad, so its only fair im going to top with my mom
First time I'll actually explore Chicago btw
I was at O'Hare last week for a flight, but I don't classify that as really visiting Chicago
nice!
tinley park is about an hour away from chicago, but man i love chicago so much
im sure youll love it too
I love cities
me too
This year I've been focusing on trips as I'm at home still and haven't done a ton of them.
im an illinoisan so if yall need any tips and tricks lmk haha
Both Nashville and Minneapolis were wonderful.
it's an hour away?? holy cow I had no idea chicago was so big.
It's really helping set the stage for where I want to live when I finally do leave home
actually no its more like half an hour lol
(which was another big reason for this)
tinley park is like a southwest suburb
I've never been to chicago before, I'm actually from NY but just moved to MO in May, chicago is the closest venue for me now. I used to be close to hershey, I'm sad to miss the show there.
chicago is so fun
i love going to chicago i take the south shore train there all the time
anyone else in 101? this is my seat
pit sold out 😔
I'm in 101, row Q! I'm too old for pit tickets, i like being able to sit down lol
i was here at first but then some better seats opened up
so if anyone wants that ticket i'll be selling it as soon as i'm able to
I don't think the Ampitheater will feel as distant as a stadium
unless you're on the lawn that is
luckily not on the lawn
I'm 207
Im in 203 🫡
I’m section 204😔 I clicked 103 but apparently Ticketmaster said no
lmao
this venue feels really small. any seated ticket will feel very close, the majority of tickets are lawn tickets lol
We are lol this is great
I should start figuring out a hotel
now we need someone in 206
and look over Amtrack's schedule
I’ve been here so many times it’s amazinggggg
The pit is really small though
Like tiny
ive seen theres a few hotels like 2-3 miles from the venue
I think that will be the quickest option between Milwaukee and Chicago
Especially due to the small pit
Stage is great
But the pit is beyond depressing
yeah just generally, the outdoor vibes don't really match their intense visuals and stuff
It's an interesting choice
I’ve been in the pit there once and it’s so small
The lawn is huge compared to the rest of it
I suggest finding one within walking distance, then you don't have to worry about parking
Agreed
This is going to be another logicial experiement
I’ve been wanting to go for years
It’s also less than an hour drive from me
Which works out really well
I’ll be honest I’m a little relieved to not have to wait in line all day like I have for pit the last 3 shows
Anyone have any cool past tøp concert experiences
I've only done seated so far TOP shows and it's always been wonderful
I do usually show up early regardless though, as I love meeting people.
(although as I'm coming from the previous day's show it might be harder to do here)
any other lawn ppl
I almost couldn’t get tickets because my cards kept declining
I wanted to get 103-104 but people bought them
hey ari
it appears the major lego maniacs of the servers are all here
yes yes
lawn is fun
If anyone is going to Chicago (Tinley Park Credit 1 Amp) and/or Milwaukee (American Family Ins Amp), I will be at both, and I plan to record the entire show and upload them to YouTube uncut just like I did for my first five Clancy shows. I got decent seats in the front (100) sections at both, and an S24 Ultra with the super crazy zoom.
I have one seat in section 101 I am selling! Selling for face value!! Please dm me if interested :3 (will delete when sold)
The traffic absolutely sucks after, saw AJR there like 3 years ago I hope they figure it out
i unfortunately didn’t sign up for the presale in time, so im waiting until Friday to get my tickets. any tips as to what section i should aim for? not going in the pit. gonna be getting 3 tickets. tia!
hi, what are the general range of prices for seats?? also how much is pit?
i missed the presale 🤧🤧
this concert falls on my birthday and im worried about not getting tickets, we cant afford the better ones atm
I got two pit and it came to, after fees and tax, $410. I think they’re $160 each before fees
aghh thats more than i was hoping
i lost the ticketmaster war but just went back in and got two sec 103 seats...$500 total 😵💫
Yeah Ticketmaster loves to pretend they’re sold out and then randomly make seats that disappeared, pop up again. They’re the worst lol
i initially went in for arkansas but everything there is either long gone or 400 bucks a ticket lol
ticketmaster is my worst enemy
being an unemployed minor living below the poverty line sucks ahh, i was planning on going with my mother but neither of us can afford a ticket, my dad said he wouldn’t pay for our tickets if it totaled more than 400
im surprised the concert is taking place in tinley
i live near the venue, usually they throw a bunch of cover artists there 😭
You could still get good seats! The 200 level is still a really good view. I’m not sure how much they are but I’ve been to the venue a few times and I like most sections except for lawn
yeah all these small venues/amphitheater shows are so odd i wonder what they're planning
ive never been to tinley, i live in missouri so i had to choose between il and ak if i wanted to see them lmfao
What’s interesting is this is still under the “Clancy tour” banner so I wonder if they do another arena tour next year
for once i hope they go back on hiatus. give my bank account a BREAK
only half joking
i would have skipped out on this leg of the tour if it hadn’t fallen on my 16th birthday.. i fear im obligated to go this is the only band id ever willingly see live
they put on a really good show
yeah i saw them for emotional roadshow and clancy and both were amazing
the prices in the 100s shot up ridiculously after the start of the presale. i got my seats for $160ish per before taxes&fees and now looks like they’re gonna be around $250-400 per seat depending on how close
i was nosebleeds for both though so being significantly closer is gonna be interesting
oh my god??
last time me and my mom were able to snag really good seats at UC because we had saved up for this exact moment, it’s going to be haard this time
i wonder if the higher prices are a result of the smaller venue
when i was buying my tickets they were trying to upsell me with buying better parking, apparently the best parking to get out the fastest is $120 per car which is genuinely ridiculous and the cheapest premium parking area was $50. im just kinda worried about how bad the traffic is gonna be bc i’ve never driven anywhere to a concert, it’s always been by train. & i’ve seen quite a few posts abt how ppl sit in traffic there for a horrifically long time 😭 ty for your reply!!
ofc! basically the venue has this grassy field right outside, there will be attendants who will wave you in a direction and help you park
itll be an ass to get out
How did I login the very minute I was able to and they said there was 5072 people infront of me?
does anyone know who opens or is it no opener just top the whole time?
I only had 126 people in front of me (I got in line 15 minutes beforehand)
Hey! So I was having trouble today with the presale and when I tried to check out I was given an Error Message. So I went back in and tried again! Now that I’ve checked my bank account I indeed have 4 tickets that ended up going through! 😅 The two I’m trying to sell are section 103 row DD seats 1 and 2 and with all the processing fees it was 252$ (each). If anyone wants them or has a friend please please lmk I need to sell these asap 😭 I’ll probably wait a bit before contacting Ticketmaster to try and get a refund
parking for credit union 1 is free
from my understanding
the queue from the waiting room is randomised. i was there 30 minutes beforehand and still got 5k ahead of me
yeah, they have premium parking areas tho for a big up-charge which is why i was curious abt the traffic, hopefully we all know how to drive 😭 🤞🤞
yup lmfao
i’ve heard it’s worth
bc traffic is ASS
traffic is horrendous out of there
from what i've heard after looking into it on reddit you'll be fine if you just chill in your car or inside for 20 minutes-half an hour after the show
i'm going to the same venue to see hozier at the end of july so i can give you guys more insight then if you want
does anyone know how the premium parking tickets work
i bought the one but i need to make sure there’s nothing else i missed
that’d be awesome!! thanks so much
I got with my dad over my friend. He is a musican and really likes them and my mom! lol and younger cousins too. My parents favorite is "Mullbery Street" , lil slower paced songs lol
hi everyone! my sibling and i will be attending the tinley park show !!
it'll be my first ever concert so if anyone has any advice please share, id be very grateful !!
Ayeee what's good!!
I've got some advice for ya if you'd like to hear??
yes please!
Aight bet gimme a sec to get done driving rq
Okay! So first up is I recommend that when going to a merchant table, go to a farther off one or one that upstairs, because any that are by the main gates will be flooded. 2nd is even if you don't have to, go to the bathroom before their show starts trust me lmao. 3rd is drink plenty of water, you will be having a good time, dancing, and screaming so stay hydrated
hearing protection as well
And 4th and the most important one. Your at your first ever TØP concert! Have the time of your damn life man! Let loose, leave your troubles at the doors and just sing and dance like no one's watching! This is a once in a lifetime opportunity so live it like no tomorrow!
i like concert earplugs
And that too definently!
do you think it's actually bad enough to need earplugs? like i know it'll be loud, but can you still hear it well enough with earplugs?
Honestly me personally I never wore earplugs
i’ve also never worn earplugs but they are definitely necessary at every concert bc of the constant exposure to loud noises
heyyyy y’all i’m going to my first concert very hyped!!!
TOP was my first concert
it will be worth it
and you'll be deseperate to go to more
||this will be my third...I promise it's not an addiction-||
this will be my fourth
first back to back show, with me seeing them the previous day in Wisconsin
Niceeeeee!
same here!!
[ISO] 4 PIT or 4 Seats Together in Sections 102-104 – Tinley Park 9/24 🎟️
Hey everyone! I’m on the hunt for 4 tickets to the Chicago show on September 24th — ideally PIT or 4 seats together in sections 102, 103, or 104.
I don’t want to sound greedy, but this show lands on my birthday and I’d love nothing more than to spend it at a twenty one pilots concert with my family. 🖤
If you’re looking to sell (or even know someone who is), please shoot me a message! I’m happy to pay fairly and promise your tickets will be going to very excited, very grateful fans.
Thanks so much in advance — and good luck to everyone still on the hunt!
i hope you find tickets! it land on my sibling's birthday too, which is part of why we really wanted to go
im so hype, this is gonna be my first pilots show :)
this is my first show too, although i've been in the fandom since blurryface
yeah me too!
i'm so excited
wish i got tickets a little closer (i'm in the upper seating section) but i'm really just happy i get to go yk
i'm so glad i double checked and ended up getting a better ticket for like $15 more
nicee
omg me too !! i’m so excited
I got tickets in section 205 but I’m really scared I won’t be able to see the stage because last time I went to that venue I had section 204 and all I was able to see was the screens
does anyone know how good section 205 is
im in 205!
from what i recall, there should be a decent view of the stage
Thank you! That really does make me feel a lot better about it, I had great seats before and then cards got declined and Ticketmaster kicked me out and I lost good seats so I got stuck with 205 so this def helps!
That’s perfectly fine with me !
Row UU
ooooh ok so youve got better seats than i do lmao
You might have a better advantage because it’s a little higher up !!
I’m quite short which is another reason why I was a little concerned
But I’m also afraid of heights LOL
hi everyone! i’m trying to sell 3 tickets for the Tinley Park, IL show. they’re in section 203, if anyone is interested please let me know!!
Ayeee, I promise you your in for one hell of an adventure. A TØP concert never disappoints!
I'm gonna be in section 204 seats 21, 22, and 23 with my parents since I bought them tickets as well lol
oh birthday twin!! good luck on getting tickets :) im hoping to go as well
can i ask why you were only able to see the screens? was it the people in front of you or just the placement? it seems odd that a section pretty much directly in front of the stage would make it hard to see the stage, but ive never been to that venue before so im a bit worried about the placement of things/sections hindering visibility
it could’ve been the people in front of me, I’m very short (4’10) so it could’ve been that the people standing in front of me were very tall and I could only see the screens, even when I was trying to look between the heads, I was only able to see screens and maybe a bit of the stage but not everything
The row I got was the same row as last time I went when I was in section 204
So I’m still a little nervous that I won’t be able to see the stage
And the row I was at wasn’t incredibly angled which was good for me because I have a fear of heights but I also couldn’t see the stage that well so I relied on the screens
but again it could’ve been the people in front of me because I’m very short and they were quite tall
yeah i dont think mine is angled so im kinda worried i wont be able to see over people, even though im not super short. im probably gonna wear platforms
ill luckily be fairly close to the stage but i just dont really understand the layout of the place
I’m thinking of getting platforms or some kind of boots with height because it would def help
Its a nice venue, I went there for pitbull in August
omg seeing pitbull and seeing twenty one pilots is hilarious
i love that for you actually
It’s pretty wide open too, getting to your section shouldn’t be a pain and the merch stands are right inside the entrance of the venue
yessss it was veryyy fun
do you plan on staying in a hotel or going home?
or i guess if you live close that's a no-brainer but
right?? The amount of drunk people at the pitbull concert was incredible, one friend group left one of their friends to sleep at the venue
I plan on going home
help???
I live an hour away from tinley park so it shouldn’t be terrible
see i live a little under 2 hours away but i cant decide if i wanna drive that afterwards
Yeahh there was ambulances like crazy, lots of drunk people around me
Understandable! I will say, getting out of the parking lot was interesting
It was very backed up for a good 20 minutes and it’s a little bit of a headache to drive out of the parking lot
oh man
if i drive myself i will have pretty freshly gotten my license so 😭
pray for me
you got this ! A lot of people tend to wait for a while after the concert
You can even wait in the parking lot in the car if that’s better
Wait till majority has cleared out
catch me just sleeping in my car in the venue parking lot /j
LOL I would do that too honestly
Im really hoping merch will be good
But yeah merch booths should be right after you enter
as if the tickets werent expensive enough i know getting a hotel, geting an outfit, and then getting merch is going to actually end me lol
The tickets were incredibly expensive, I was shocked
I wanted to get like section 103-104 but they were incredibly expensive
i think my sibling and i got really lucky because we got pretty good seats for much lower than i think i saw what other people were saying
I almost got section 104 tickets but all my cards got declined so I got kicked out of the queue
we're in 101
NOOO
that's atrocious
Yeah you’ll be able to see the stage! I got stuck with 205
I’m still really bummed that I lost great seats
LEVEL UP: You are now level 6!
I’m grateful I’m going but I really wanted those seats and now I got stuck with section 205 where I’m not even sure I’ll see the stage properly
we were just trying to get ada seats because my sibling is disabled but we didnt
so we're gonna hope and pray they dont suffer jsbfkdn
i need to look at the map again to see where 205 is hold on lol
see its super weird because i thought 205 would be a great vantage point
im sorry that happened, I know there’s some people on Twitter that are selling ada seats because they didn’t realize it was ada but I’m not sure if it’s for tinley park
like if we didnt get seats on the first level i wouldve wanted 205
Yeahh, I’m hoping it’s better than 204
Section 204 row UU was something else for me, but again I’m short so it could’ve just been me being short
i will keep my fingers crossed for you that this experience is better !!
Thank you!
Tickets for 103 are well over 500 dollars and to me that’s absolutely shocking
That’s really good
im glad because i told my sibling (who had to get them for us because i was at work) that the max id pay was $600 total 😵💫
Real
But im def going to invest in some shoes with height to them, I gotta see the stage
i usually get demonias but my only issue is they tend to hurt my toes no matter if they're the right size or not so i have to wear multiple pairs of socks just so i dont feel like im permanently damaging my feet jsbdjsnd
there have to be more comfortable ones out there
oooo
But god they are well over 100 dollars
yeah
its rough out here
and im gonna struggle with my outfit i think because if i wanted to thrift, i dont live somewhere where the clothes in thrift stores are usually good
sometimes there's some good stuff but usually not
for me at least. im sure they're good for someone else
oh you're going to two shows?
Really hoping general sale has more seats available 🙏
i imagine it has to. i cant imagine they'd let all tickets for a venue go in presale
that seems ridiculous
yessss, Milwaukee is only an hour and a half away from where I’m at
I’m about 40 minutes away from chicago so I’m pretty much in the northern suburbs
oh that's good at least!
Only a little over a thousand
But tinley park had like over 2200 people in the queue when I joined
Even though I joined right when it hit 9:30
Oohhh
oh does anyone know how long tøp concerts usually last?
2 hours!
Clancy tour was 2 hours and 15 minutes for me
But they usually go for 2 hours
The time you see on Ticketmaster is usually when the openers come on
do they announce openers?
same. I think i'm going to drive it and just drink a lot of caffeine on the way home
i can only really do soda and that doesnt usually help so we shall certainly see for me 😭
and i have to cross time zones so it'll be even later when i get home
i have adhd so caffeine doesn't do much for me but it helps a little
all i do is lose /j
yeah same
so do i. indiana?
i'm coming from south bend area
WAIT IM FROM SOUTH BEND

i'm also nervous about driving there because i hate driving on 94/around chicago and i'm going by myself
i wont be by myself but ill be driving with someone who cannot drive 😭
i believe in us both
yess we will be fine
i'm going to the same venue for a different show in july so i'll get a better idea of the driving/traffic situation coming from south bend then
grand rapids area
They do! But we don’t know who the opener is yet
nice! i work in southwest michigan
i’m seeing theories about “almost monday” being the opener
is there anyone we suspect to be the opener
almost Monday
Yoo good morning
they cancelled their September/ October tour due to a “touring opportunity”
I hope they have somebody that's kinda like Brigada, the group they had for the Clancy Tour. They were really good
This is the post from almost monday that got us thinking it’s possibly them
(This is via their instagram)
Oooooo nice!
ooh i think i know a few of their songs
wait imo its kinda crazy to cancel your own tour to open on a different tour. rip to the fans who bought tickets
I did listen to a few of almost monday’s songs and they are pretty good!
Very real for this
I do infact feel bad for the fans who bought tickets to see them
Balu brigada also liked that post
So there is a decent chance that almost monday will be the opener but we aren’t sure yet
Bet, are they one Spotify??
They are!
Bet I'd have to give them a listen
See I loved Balu Brigada during the Clancy Tour, they were a really good vibe. Especially their song So Cold, I'm glad their getting more noticed within the music industry
I loved seeing them too
after looking into it further i've been listening to almost monday for a while so it'd be cool to see them live too
I've started to hear their songs on tik tok, on the radio in the car, their getting more popular
so true
What kind of vibe is almost monday?? Rock? Alt? Pop? Or are they just a chill kind of bop type band?
i'd say like alt pop
Ooooo nice!
See I'm not a fan of pop, but if it's kinda leaning to rap or alt then I can kinda dig it
i really like this song of theirs if you want an idea of their sound https://open.spotify.com/track/0GOffguGbp8RViiVFaPCU2?si=lgSB6kX9SKCxUGy-DPonmA
i'd say they have the same vibes as like,, COIN, the driver era, etc
Ohhhhh you know what, hell yeah I can vibe with that
Does anyone know what the vip boxes and suites look like? And would they be worth it?
try looking on viewfrommyseat
Those boxes that are up a level, those are the suite boxes
Ohh thank you
have openers been announced yet?
No, but we are thinking the opener is going to be almost monday due to the instagram post they have made on how they cancelled their September/ October tour for an “incredible touring opportunity” and balu brigada liked the post
This post
Someone said that today they announced a tour with The Band Camino so it’s not TOP
omg that’s a cool group to tour with though
Ah gotcha, didn’t know! Thank you
Just happened today so no worries!
lindsey, did you go to the detroit show for clancy?
i forgot if you did
Nope
the pit there is so small lmao
i couldn’t get pit tickets 💔💔
me neither 💔
im gonna be the only one down there 💔
i was curious if anyone knew how queueing works at this venue for pit
i feel like it will be very hard to camp on site, if it will even be possible at all
ooh i love the band camino
i'm going to try a second time to get pit during the general sale on friday and if that doesn't work i'm going to see if anyone panic sells their pit ticket day of at the last minute
but as of right now i have this seat
I didn’t even try for pit because I know I’m too short lol
i'm 5'4 lol
fwiw there's always the option to be back of pit where you have more space & a good sightline of the stage since there's not someone directly in front of you. even being back of pit you're so close to stage
but it's understandable nonetheless!
Best thing about pit at this venue IS the fact that you’re gonna be close to the stage no matter what
You don’t have to worry about an entire arena floor being in front of you
I’m lowkey thinking if I show up at doors I shouldn’t have an issue being like 10th row at the furthest
worst thing is it's way less ticket supply for pit with same demand
still so grateful i had exactly one friend that got rly lucky to be early enough in queue to get tickets for all of us
even in arenas i feel like the furthest back spot in pit is a pretty great view, and naturally it's still closer than most seats in the building. especially closer than most if you just walk up to just before people are really shoulder to shoulder
AYE AYE AYE
so yeah in this smaller pit you're pretty close regardless 🤩
No literally I love back of pit
Having room to dance and fuck around with your friends is lit
I also just…don’t have the time or energy for camping anymore so my barricade days are over I think
i've never even camped myself, closest i've come was getting to clancy detroit with friends at like 7:45am but even then we had the whole wristband system. it was still a LONG ass ~20 hours day
i am content enough with getting like rows 3-6 on occasion
sheesh
i had sweet side stage tickets for night 1
wait 2nd row CENTER is crazy, the center always fills up so quick compared to the sides
I know I was kinda gagged
i've ended up on tyler's side close to barricade like 3 times atp, still haven't been on joshes side
I also hadn’t been tuned into what was going on at the shows so I had no clue he did HOTY stand in the center
omg
And then all the sudden his boot was in my hand
😭
punching tyler joseph in the boot to feel something
Stealing his shoe and locking it in a glass case in my room
my message got removed that said "beware, he'll call you a _ to the entire crowd"
he 'swore' bad enough at that festival for content moderation to kick in
😭😭😭😭
that was so fun
joey, are you doing lawn with us? or seats
one of my friends got close enough in queue to get us all pit tickets, she was so ridiculously lucky
so ga for un show
oh cool have fun
tyy, helping manifest you getting your cinci pit ticket
.
I was in the ticket selection area and when pre-sale dropped that's literally all I found
yup
hmmm, I wonder why it wouldn't let me
Nice
really wanna make bracelets to hand out but i dont know how difficult they would be to hand out from the seats
gonna have to snag people as they walk around
Not quite pit, but I saw a near pit picket that was basically just sale price and fees on seatgeek I snagged
I'll probably sell my other ticket for a bit lighter than what I purchase just to get rid of it + make someone's day once my new ticket is in the clear through reputable platforms
tinley park is veryyyy open when you first get in
i went there last august
the merch line is right after the entrance too
yea i did presale for seats, pit was immediately sold out during presale sadly
thats crazy, i got seats too
got section 205
i did have a better section and then ticketmaster put a hold on my card, then i got kicked out of queue
i got tix for section 206 at first because i was scared i wouldn’t get any for a decent price
and like 10 min after i found an amazing deal for section 103 tix
and now i’m selling the 206 ones
i wasnt able to see the stage very well because of where i was and the people were tall
i’ve never been to tinley park😭i’m super excited
i wish i got section 103
its a great venue!
merch stands are easy to get to
its like right when you enter, straight ahead to the right is merch stands
i managed to snag them for 195 each and now ppl are reselling for at least 400 each
it’s insane
thats awesome
omg that’s so relieving
united center would usually be chaotic
since it’s such a closed space
they have like 3-4 registers
so line goes by quick
and concessions are right behind the starting of the line
wow i actually can’t wait to not be stressed in the merch line😭
me too LMFAO
its such a relief knowing where merch stands would be
you dont have to run around and find them
and then you need worry about if you’ll make it back to your seats in time for the show
exactlyy
did you buy parking?
i didn’t buy the special parking tickets
its like 55 for premier
idk if it’s worth it
is it easier to get out as well?
you can also try spot hero
yeaahh kinda, its a parking lot so you can just wait it out
when i went to see pitbull there
it wasnt too bad
it did take a bit
but its all streets
you just need to watch where you exit
because people will try to hop in front of you
there is people directing traffic too
it was also a bit difficult because there was ambulances like crazy
mostly because there was a ton of drunks at the concert cause yk its pitbull
but spot hero works too
if you dont find good lots online
you can call them, they have access to a lot of the lots that arent online
from what im looking at on the website
there isnt any lots
but the website for the venue has parking
or you can try calling spothero too
right right
i think i’ll consider the premier parking
and if anything i’ll wait until closer to the date for spot hero
heres the link for it too
it should send you straight to the page
and then click premier parking and it sends you to ticketmaster
all lots ticketmaster has avaliable:
just make sure the date is for septemeber 24th
thats the link for it
i was on the wrong date, so the premier parking is 55 not 49
how was it? i'm going to tinley for a different concert in july but i only have a lawn ticket
it honestly wasnt too bad
i wasnt able to see the stage very well (could be because i am short) but audio was great and for lawn, there is screens
it's a hozier concert though so i'm expecting less drunk people than pitbull lmao
they need to do a thing where reselling your tickets isn't allowed until a certain time leading up to the concert because what the fuck
real
or reselling is allowed but only allow to sell it for how much you got it
and not going over face value
yeah that too
closest photo i can find of lawn thats sorta recent
theres more space, but as you can see, there is screens
i figured that was the case
they do advise you not bring your own chairs
i saw that
you gotta rent them or bring towels
i have a nice outdoor blanket i can bring
but i've worked enough retail i can also just stand for long periods of time
real
i try to not get lawn seats because idk if its gonna rain that day
i try to get covered stuff when its an amp
i normally don't but this was a plan we made after most of the good tickets sold out and it worked out that it was $30 a ticket for three of us to go anyway
i was shocked how fast everything went
yeah i was expecying milkwaukee to go faster
but my mom said that the reason why it went faster than milwaukee is because you got people coming from the surrounding states
yeah actually tinley park makes a lot of sense selling out when you remember there's no indianapolis, detroit, or grand rapids show
exactly
like there was 2200 people in queue when i joined for tinley
and a little over a thousand for milwaukee
yeah
atleast you got tickets!!
im still angry at ticketmaster for kicking me out of queue
but i got section 104 for milwaukee so its all good
i'm angry at ticketmaster for putting me in bad spots in queue both times
they really need to not let multiple people into the thing where you buy the tickets
but i got section 101 for tinley park so it's fine
because the amount of times i saw "sorry these tickets are no longer avaliable!" was absolutely aggrivating
tickets kept disappearing in front of my eyes
ah that sucks
i got lucky and a decent seat opened up after i waited for people's cards to decline lmao
i dont wanna sell them because yk it took me 10 minutes to get a card to go through
yeah i get it
it probably wasnt the smartest to use the card right after i bought tickets to milwaukee
shouldve used a different card
probably lol
i ended up having to use paypal bc my bank was like
you usually don't spend $200 on ticketmaster
i should use paypal next time
is this someone stealing your card
way too many issues with the banks
yeah lol
heres what tickets are looking like rn
they are all obstructed view resales
and that one blue line is all ada seating
this is what they look like for my show
i assume similar situation
pit is like $800 resale tickets
pit is showing over 600 dollars for resale
oh wait over 800
wisconsin is looking pretty empty-
(like ticket sales wise)
going to keep my eye on pit and see if someone resells their ticket for cheap
way too many tickets left for wisconsin
yeah that's a lot
hozier is playing the same place tonight and it's completely sold out and has been for a while
yeah im looking at the map rn, not one resale ticket
there were a couple of lawn tickets earlier but it looks like someone bought them
just a tiny row
tiny row of seats left right infront of pit
ive never seen a concert that has zero resale tickets
i've been looking out of curiosity bc i technically could go last minute if a good seat opens up
although it would mean an almost 4 hour drive
the little row of seats are open rn, its like 200 dollars
yeah i'm not spending that much when i'm already seeing him in a month anyway lol
but that also means you also gotta get a ticket for summerfest
summerfest admission is included with your ticket iirc
i knew that'd be the case bcmilwaukee is up north of tinley, which means most people in the midwest were closest to chicago or cincy
chicago is already one of the most popular/in demand places for fans to see tøp and so that combo made chicago the best pick for a lot of people
very true
compare to clancy tour where midwest had 2 chicago shows, minneapolis, stl/indianapolis/detroit, 3 columbus and cleveland
i do miss clancy tour
i've got incredible news for you
im still waiting for that live album
i unfortunately do not have news on that front but i'm excited for when that concert film comes out
no literally
this is what i havent been understanding. like why are people buying them and then immediately turning around and selling them, whether through ticketmaster or otherwise. like i dont get it
i mean reselling on ticketmaster for $800 checks out bc people suck or whatever
i guess it's probably a lot of people buying tickets and then getting better tickets and trying to sell the other ones
idk it's just weird to me
for me i bought a ticket and then a better seat opened up but i'm selling my ticket for the same price i paid for it (plus a little bit bc ticketmaster takes fees out when you sell and i want to make everything back)
i just feel like someone needs to come up with a better system lmaoo
scalpers
scalpers would invade presales and buy a bunch of tickets and then sell them for way higher
i think this show had a 6 ticket limit but it clearly didn't help anything
ticketmaster implementing reselling but only at the price you bought them for would solve these issues
but ofc, its ticketmaster
which is why there needs to be legislation about it
exactly
ticketmaster shouldn't be allowed to charge you fees for no reason either
very true
service fees i get, cause yk your using their service to buy tickets
but every other fee should not exist
except tax
there is no fucking way it costs them $30+ to process my singular ticket
thats the big issue
their service fees should never be so much
maybe like 50 cents
at most
order processing fees shouldnt exist at all either
if the service fee is that much i want insurance included
exactly
insurance shouldnt even be an addon
LEVEL UP: You are now level 7!
https://www.reddit.com/r/travisscott/comments/166dxhj oh what the hell of course
jesus
so your telling me all the insurance ive paid for concert tickets dont even matter
my mom just got paid out for her ticket insurance for a concert she missed a few days ago
people are either very happy with it or call it a scam cause the nature of insurance is scummy for profit
how much was it? i did a bit more digging and it sounds like it's much easier to get refunds if it's under $200
i personally probably am still not much interested in getting ticket insurance on my tickets but it's not like they never pay out. she had a court date scheduled after she purchased tickets and i uploaded proof of it being on the same date
$443, ~$400 for tickets and the rest was for 2 fast pass tickets to the same show
interesting ¯_(ツ)_/¯
i think the problem is that they probably don't give as much leeway as you might assume with the way they advertise it, but i only have the one anecdotal situation with a court date and there's a million different reasons you can select so it's bound to be a toss up each time
fair
insurance should just come automatically imo. you can return most other products for a full refund no questions asked
it should definitely be more reasonable to return tickets, at least when there's still a while before the show date
it's trickier when you consider how scalpers could refund last minute for whatever tickets they don't sell if there's no questions asked but it's far too anti consumer the way it is rn
what else is really scummy is that there's fees on resale tickets, forcing people to sell for more than they got them if they want to make everything back
ticketmaster already got the service fee once and now they want it again?
yup they double dip 🤑 🤑 it's why they brought reselling to their official platform
better they make the money (and secondarily to them, somewhat less people get scammed through third party methods) than other people if the tickets are gonna be resold anyway
tm eternally sux
actually they triple dip because they list the tickets of the seller at a higher price than you set it to, and they take the difference. then the buyer pays fee on top of that
money printer
not an issue if they cap the selling at what you bought the ticket for
sure, but then they're willingly limiting their profit and how much money in fees they make off of the transactions so we're asking tm to put their greed aside which is a tall ask
yes, but that's not all of them. i meant more like the fans doing it. which is why i was like the $800 resell ones check out because people (i meant scalpers) suck
yeah paying an extra $70 for two tickets because of a service fee actually made my eye twitch ksbfkdj
yall saying insurance isnt automatic is how i just found out my sibling got the insurance purposefully and it indeed was not included ksbdksnf
you just sound ungrateful for the service they're providing you. it's like you don't understand that NO one else could sell tickets if ticketmaster wasn't around, but they're so generous to even do this at all for you and $70 is really a drop in the bucket to what their work is worth in the grand scheme of things
-# /s
😭
ticketmaster when i catch you
who even IS the ticketmaster. i bet i could take them in a fight /j
i could end that guy
luckily they own most live music venues so you probably don't have to travel far to fight em! 💞
HOORAY
what im hearing is fans need to band together and start a new ticket selling thing
and be so much better and more awesome that artists are compelled to work with them instead
bro when i found out ticketweb is owned by ticketmaster 😑 i really thought it was its own thing
bc otherwise it honestly feels like we're being punished for wanting to support the bands jabfksnf
so the thing that makes this such a difficult monopoly to deal with is that the venue chooses who the tickets go through; obviously live nation's venues are gonna reserve that to their own platforms, so ticketmaster and ticketweb
if you opt to use other ticketing services, you're basically foregoing playing at all of those venues to my understanding
and they own so many that it's not so easy to just solely play in non live nation owned venues
yes down with the nation. they ought to be dead nation
this guys spittin bars
last US administration was trying to regulate them more too 🤥
ty ty
congrats 😁 have you seen the boys before?
there's not too much you've got to worry about - i typically try to bring as little as possible, so phone/wallet/keys. if you need to bring a bag be aware of bag policy
pit is general admission so if you get to the show earlier before doors, you'll have the opportunity to get a bit further up. but anywhere in the pit, and especially with these smaller amphitheatre pits, will be pretty damn close to stage and a great view.
you've got the option of going towards the back of the pit if you'd prefer more room and a better view of the whole stage, or if it'd make show day less stressful or tiring for you if you don't want to get there early/wait a while
stay hydrated, a lot of venues will have their staff passing out water bottles to people in pit and i don't remember 100% of this amphitheatre is one of em
bring small battery banks too
they save my life when I’m at concerts, I don’t have to worry about my phone dying
Most camp from what I’ve seen
But I think for Clancy tour, they made people come really early instead of camping
So if that’s the case, go early don’t camp
good shout tho it depends on your phone. show is only a couple hours and even if i record half of it, i'll have like 60-70% of my battery left at worst because i keep my phone as charged as possible while i'm in the car
absolutely not, maybe like 100 or somethin people. large large majority of pit goers get there day of, anytime from morning till the people who arrive after doors open
real, I’m the kind of person to record a lot, I tend to forget a lot so it’s helpful for me to rewatch videos I took
it's funny because camping discourse is such a recurring and common conversation in the top community but it's really not that many people. and even then most people who camp do it one night because most people don't want to spend the time or camp outside doin that
Oh? I’m not really a pit person, I’m just basing off of people I’ve seen on socials and stuff
Even when you get into pit you can probably just use some manners to get a little bit closer, but again idk how pit works because I’m always in seats
for clancy they had an official wristband system (different from previous tours, usually it'd be fan run depending on who got there first in past tours) and the first 500 people to be there at a certain time got wristbands and could leave till the afternoon with their spot in line saved
that was nice n convenient but i am unsure whether they'll do that this time given pits are way smaller
Yeah that’s what I remember, they just handed out wrist bands
i don't blame you, based on socials it seems like everyone and their mother camps with how much it's talked about. but in my multiple experiences, the amount of people who camp maybe takes up the first row or two of barricade at arena shows
I heard people cut in line quite a lot
I remember when it was icy tour and I went to the Arizona venue and they had a designated section for the camp people
Like it was all fenced in
it wasn't bad but i'm sure it varied by show, i only worried about getting a wristband for clancy detroit with my friends. we got there at 7:45 and were in a fan line, till i want to say 9am? when they had the line move onto the property
it's a bit iffy though because you weren't rly supposed to line up beforehand so i remember some venues that were strict on the no camping rules threatening to not honor the fan lines like that
it's odd stuff but we did get wristbands and had a decent spot maybe 6 or 7 rows back in pit, i don't know how easy it was in general to get them though
since i don't use twitter a lot idk if i'd have even known about that fan line for detroit if it wasn't for my friend that directed us there
i think we were like 4/5 rows back
that sounds like a decent way to go about it
abby got up to the second row though
yeah actually that sounds more right after seeing this pic
she was wormin up bro
i think i might also
cuz after pierce the veil...i do not wanna deal w that again
granted there were tragic reasons behind that situation
Question past pit people!!
Never done pit before! how TF do you guys stay hydrated when venues don’t allow water upon entry?? like how do you guys get water fast or something???
they give out water
i’m not doing pit for this one but i’ve done pit for every other show i’ve been to, they’ve all given out water in some capacity
Hydrate a lot in the days leading up to it as well.
yes yes
yeah often venues will give out water but also you can always go to concessions and get somethin for yourself
i personally try to avoid that because keeping track of drinks or holding it the whole show is bothersome
but just monitor yourself and be aware of if you're getting dehydrated and how your legs are doing, stretch often n i personally shift the stance i'm standing in super often to try to help getting sore
i drink like crazy leading up to the show and then just make sure i pee right before i go in
90% of the time ur adrenaline will keep u from having to pee during the actual show
at least thats how it is in my experience lol
it being an outdoor venue and late september in the midwest being lower temperatures in the evening should help too
no but i’ve been a fan for as long as i can remember because my mom is a huge tøp fan and she plays them all of the time
so i am super duper excited about it
you're gonna have a fantastic time
hey yall! this is my first time going to a concert by myself so let me know if anyone here is in section 103 so maybe i can know someone near me lol!
i'm going by myself too! but i'll be in section 101
I'm gonna be over by 204 lol
I’m selling my tickets in section 105 Row R seat 18-19. My wife got tickets for the Cincinnati show and Tinley. We don’t need both even though that would be AWESOME 🫨
ooo hell yeah! hopefully it goes well for the both of us 😭😂
me and my friend are in the same section! were gonna be handing out bracelets :3
for clancy tour ya mean?n
Yes
I was surprised when it was in a different town but maybe it was part of keeping it secret. nobody would ever suspect.
Hey y’all!
This is my first time going to a concert solo, so if anyone here is in Section 104, let me know it’d be cool to know someone nearby! 😊 and if anyone here who hasn’t gotten the tickets I got extra out of excitement. The seat is beside each other

if you’re real what is drag path
LMFAO
i am so excited this concert is all i talk about
If anyone is looking for extra tixs ,I’m bummed we won’t be attending
I got lawn tickets :) I plan on making a bunch of bracelets to give out!
i want to make bracelets but idk if ill be able to give them out in the seated sections
you can give them out while people walk around! Tinley park’s entrance area before the seats is quite massive
Oooh nice
I was in seats at united center last year and I managed to trade a bunch of bracelets with people outside the venue. Inside not so much lol
I'm gonna have to fly bc they dont have one in my state lol
Can't wait to see the sillies tho >:3
ooo yay!!
i’m in section 103 and it’s also my first time going to a concert solo!
N2?
I went to both because I had extra time and they still had tickets.
Lucky. I was just n2
It was a good time. Great both times
bracelets!
Thats really cool
I loved n2. Kept the confetti, bracelets, and the little paper for oldies station
Nevermind it says backside
I'm gonna be in section 103 I think???
Idk 😭
If I find another choice thats better and not that expensive I'll get that one
What section or row do you guys recommend?
Took a look and it looks like I wont be in sec 103 😭
I'm cheap and haven't bought the tickets quite yet so I need to adjust my plans really quickly so they accompany the sold out tickets and stuff
I got section 203 tickets
Thats probably what I'm gonna get
I'll be handing out bracelets around there i think
To people who have cool outfits. I dont have that many to give right now
Alrighty I'll try to dress up lol
I don't have much tøp bracelets either but im gonna try to make some more
There’s a fan project going on and there’s a gc on Instagram if you dm this acc if you want to be part of it :D
not sure if people already know or not, but just trying to get even more people to know about it if they don’t :) (if you don’t have insta it’s okay, I’m sure someone in your section or by you will hand some out to you! It’s like paper to put over your flashlight but we are still figuring out what song because the set list isn’t out yet.)
So just what they did with backside and oldies?
Yeee
Anyone have any ideas to i tegrate self titled and npi into an outfit? I wanna do something for all eras
The starting point is the base clancy outfit i think. Then I'm gonna add stuff from npi up to breach. Just need ideas and a way to do that
Putting this here because I feel this chat can help out.
I’m scared that if there’s confetti that I won’t be able to get any because I’m in section 205, I’m hoping someone from pit or 100s section can give me some
oh hi i only just now saw this. i just worm my way up there
magic
i saw an @ a few days ago but i thought maybe it was just how you added me in here somehow or something
it's ABBY!!!!
ari 168 days
what is 168 days
idk i did 81 + 87 to reveal the cryptic message in your name
you tell me, oh secretkeeper 🤨
hi joey!!!!
Two shows, 81 and 87 days away, I reckon.
yeah i'm just being silly
Heyo Tinley people! Excited to go!
i'd love to join the gc but they have dms turned off
i just followed the account and they added me
Hm, that’s weird, have you followed the acc? Sorry I’m a little late to this message
yeah i followed and they added me
Oki Coolio!
nice, i'm lilyspacedout btw it's not some random person lmao
yeah this occurred to me after i replied dkdjcksnfk
i forgot your name is lily
in my mind you are cow
lmao fair
Hello show friends
Heyo! So I'm doing my own little trade/gift thing for the Tinley show! On August 16th I'm gonna be heading out to Columbus Ohio to go to the Big Fun Store (the toy store seen in the music video Choker) and I'm gonna be buying about total of 15 Trash figures (the figure shown in the music video) and I'm gonna be passing out some of them to people. I already have several on reserve but if anyone else would like one let me know!
Here's my own one I have as a reference photo. It is the real figure of trash from the toy store in the Choker music video 😊😊
Well what do you qualify as an acceptable item to trade?
I'd be happy with whatever the other person would like to trade, bracelet, necklace, anything really
Except money. Please don't give me money cause then I'll feel bad lol 🤣
I have a few bracelets I can bring
Betttt
What isn't aloud to bring for the show?
You can read on the venue website what you can and can’t bring
It says at the very end that it can vary per show
The thing i wanna bring isn't specifically listed anyways
So excited to be going to this show! Im gonna be making a bunch of bracelets
its my first TOP comcert. Any idea how many i should make?
Yooooo luckyy. I'm trying really hard to go 😭
i hope you can!
When I went to the Clancy tour in Chicago I was all the way up top and they looked like ants and I couldn't stop laughing 😭
Tbh many as you can. You will never have "enough" at these shows so you might as well do as much as you would consider enough for your liking
as many as you'd enjoy making :^)
if anyone’s planning on handing out bracelets or any other handmades at/near the section 203 area lmk!! looking to get one for me and my mom as memorabilia as this concert is going to be on my birthday :)
also this would be my second tøp concert overall, i couldnt find anyone handing stuffs out last time
Ill be in section 201 with bracelets if ya find me!
Don't bring tape. Last time they took it if they saw you with it
I'll be in 205. I wanted to be different so I made magnets 😅
That's so cool
This I'll be my 2nd one too! 🙂
Thats weird especially since tape is gonna be such a big thing
I hope i see you then. You're the same person who went to Chicago n2 aren't you?
Yes that was me
Very weird. Probably don't want people taping up the place I guess.
They would've hated 2017 shows then
Almost everyone had tape
Perhaps that's why they said no tape this time 😅
Iirc our conversation was one of the last for the chocago n2 thread
Lmao
Might have been. I was in that thread til the very last minute
ill be in 204 and hopefully ill be able to make bracelets to give out and trade
oh im nearby in 205, but idk how to make bracelets 😭
Most big stores have a bracelet making kit in the art section or maybe by the toy section. I know walmart has them for example.
You can also just get beads on their own and then get some elastic string from the same section
I recommend some letter beads to start and pony beads if you wanna keep it simple
That is also an option but the kit would have instructions or tools that could assist if needed.
I imagine there's videos online as well.
So then probable
Yep
Can't believe we're already going back to another concert so soon. It is gonna be a year since then but atp it doesn't feel like it
ill probably be wearing this shirt :D
Lol why?
For sure, it's been a wild ride
You should go as Waldo from where's Waldo
working on my outfit currently
my direction has been bandito style but with the red/black from the current era and sone industrial influences
For the funnies 😈
Also red is my fav color and also the red yellow reminds me of Clancy and also i can't find any other shirt in my size that's red like that for TØP
I'll also probably wear my hot topic TØP necklace
Fair enough, I'll probably reuse one of the outfits I had last time.
i think i’m gonna go more bandito style cause i love it sm
also trench is what really got me into tøp so i want to dress for younger me yk?
That's awesome :)
Still tryna figure the rest of my outfit and make it more themed for the band but unsure how lol
Gonna look at inspo from other fans and what they wear to concerts
I wanna see what the weather is like before I lock in. It was pretty warm last year but not too bad
I'm going to the concert. In September I'm so happy 😭
im hoping at the concert to find people to get bracelets from
im terrible at making them so i couldnt trade 😭
I'll have some
Idk about most, but I'll trade for like
Anything tøp related. Drawings or whatever
If you have that. If not I'll probably give a bracelet out anyways
so tempted to get a button machine and trade buttons haha
probably wont tho, i dont have enough space in my dorm
TW: mentioning of ||self h4rm||
my jacket design for the concert!!! i am so excited
I think I'm the only one not dressing up 😔.
PLEASE RAB NEEDS MORE LOVE
Best we're gonna get is probably a compilation
I hope so 😭
i went to this venue for hozier last night, traffic getting out is an absolute nightmare to warn y'all
it took us over an hour to get out of the parking lot
Where did you sit?
LEVEL UP: You are now level 2!
i had a lawn ticket, i was in the very front row for the lawn
this is the view from the very front of the lawn if that's useful information for anybody
Interesting. Is there any parking away from the venue? Might be easier to get out that way
I'm lucky I got vip. I'll be in the aftershow lounge for an hour after the show
Yeah I’m wondering if the lounge is worth it
Idk never been tbh
there might be if i remember right, but they charge a fuck ton
the traffic sucks reagrdless of where you park
yes, there's a place with free parking right outside the venue and then you can walk in
iirc it's free anyway
not entirely sure since we parked at the venue
venue parking (aka the grass) is included with the ticket, but yeah it can get super bad getting out afterwards
Noted. I'll look into it
I just don't wanna be stuck in traffic. So I'm happy to park somewhere else so I can escape 😅
I'm getting a lawn ticket
Id rather be in the back in case I need to escape easier. Lmao
what exactly is so bad about being stuck in traffic after the concert? /gen
is it just that it's slow and you're sitting there?
Personally my reason is Crazy people who are impatient and want out so they do stupid things like cutting you off or riding ur butt
ohh fair
do you have to leave the venue and the parking lot literally asap?
or are people allowed to stick around for a little bit
Not sure
I'm traveling there from out of state
Never been to one that big
But from what I know ab my local stadium traffic post concert it gets crazy
you probably wouldn't have issue sticking around for a bit because you're often waiting a while to even get be able to move your car and leave the parking lot at all so
i don't usually mind waiting, even times like when i was getting out of the columbus parking garage to start the 6hr drive back home right after the show. being impatient won't get me out of there any faster
i could never leave the show a song or two early like some people do to get out before the worst of the traffic but maybe i'll understand one day lol
Dang I thought me and my friend were gonna have a long drive back with a 3 hr drive lol
6 hours
You're getting home at like 4 am 🫡 good luck
i already did that one for clancy tour, thankfully my longest drive for breach is 5hrs! only an hour difference but we take it
i don't mind driving long distances and i've done it a lot in the recent past, but 3 hrs after an already tiring concert is still quite a bit for sure
hope y'all have a safe drive back
We're gonna probably do shifts and switch off every little bit so we don't fall asleep while driving lol
man i got a hotel so i dont have to drive home afterwards and i live like 2 hours away max. i hope yall stay safe 🙏
so valid
