My also concern with secondary locations is a lot of people don’t respect the fan line then as you walk over. Philly went really well last year, but I know other sites where it didn’t, people ran and ruined it.

Hi all!! There’s a Lavish salon in Hershey about 10 minutes from the venue.
I talked with them today and explained the whole Lavish thing. They are appointment only on Saturdays, so they are totally fine with people coming by to take photos with their signs.
Please just be respectful of their parking in case they haven’t clients coming.

The parking for sure sucks but. It’s similar to any venue. I’ve never had a good parking experience unless I leave early. I ALWAYS plan for a few hours ahead of time to get into a good parking spot, and a few hours after to deal with traffic.

Parking wise they have a free lot across the road, it’s in a field. Traffic sucks before and after but that’s normal for a concert so plan time accordingly, snacks and drinks for after are usually always in my car. Some people will park at the outlets and walk. But the outlets have started towing so that’s a huge risk to take.

Hershey doesn’t have parking passes. When you’re driving up you’ll see signs directing you but there’s also a sign directing for handicap parking if you have a tag. But yes you’ll go like you’re parking for the park not the grass

Ive seen some kids stand on the chairs in the section, depending on where they are at if an attendant sees they’ll get told to get off. Some attendants don’t care. Depends how high the chairs make the kids: but they are just plastic folding chairs so they aren’t super sturdy.

welcome!! basicall all the gates are at the one end. there's a parking lot part of the entrance where they have a bunch of food trucks and usually a merch tent. from there is 2 entrances onto the field itself, on the left and right. just walk straight thru, there's usually a spot they'll check your ticket depending on how far into the floor you are, and they'll make your hand with what section youre in. makes it easier if you come and go for bathroom or food. just show your hand instead of the ticket on your phone each time

Hi everyone! I'm new to Discord and I'm here to try and get a little info about the parking situation. Last time I saw them in Hershey, we had someone drive us so we didn't have to worry about that. But this time, I'm not in the pit and I would like to spend some time in the parking lot tailgating and enjoying the time before the concert. Anyone have any tips for this venue for that? I know the Hersheypark Stadium site said that tailgating is only allowed in some areas of the parking lots.

My 6x9 clear bag almost did not pass through, I had to squeeze it into their styrofoam bag check, and convince them that halfway was "good enough" because my portable charger and inhaler needed to go in with me. They will make you walk the 20-40 min back to the car (because they stop you for traffic, so it can be a longer walk than expected). There is NO RE-ENTRY if you have to leave.

i take clear bags that are 5x8x2 ALL the time and have no issues...a 6x9 is larger than that. so it would make sense it doesn't fit. but if you had your inhaler just tell them its got medical stuff in it and they usually have no issues at all. i bring mine every show.

It didnt fit because their styrofoam bag checks are like 2x6, it was different size than the permitted bag. Ive NEVER gotten flack for my bag before, even a 5x8 wouldnt fit their foam box.

idkkk my 5x8 fits perfectly in. ive taken the same size bag to hershey events for 3 years now

this will be my 8 concert there this year, last year about 7. i go to at least 3-4 hockey games every year, as well as a few concerts/events at the giant center outside of hockey. same bag always with no issues. the last 2 shows i've switched to a diff bag cause the first one didn't fit the outfit vibes but. they wouldn't list a size requirement on their website and not honor it. 6x9 is clearly larger than the listed 5x8, that's in 2 diff spots on their website as well as on almost all of their social media posts about shows.

again; next time just say my inhaler is in there / medical need, and they barely even look at it anymore

Morning of they will give out wrist bands to pit, we’re waiting for full information it’ll be 24-48 hours before. But basically you get a numbered wrist band and then you don’t have to camp and line up all day. Come back closer to doors and claim your spot.

However emotional road show I showed up at doors and got like 10 people from the stage

Yes. There’s a grass lot across the road that’s free. When you pull into the actual parking lot you show your ticket at the gates. There’s tons of signs directing you.
