Hello, all!

Wanted to quickly warn you guys about a scam seller on twitter under the username @/ april__michell and Zelle name David April Wolf.

They are claiming to be selling 2 lower level seat tickets at face value. I tried purchasing these from them and sent them the money through Zelle. They originally claimed never to have received the money, then later said they got the money and were waiting for the $100 transfer fee to send me the tickets through Ticketmaster.

…Ticketmaster doesn’t have a transfer fee! When I called the seller out on this, they blocked me. I got scammed out of $320 and still don’t have tickets to the show.

Please be cautious if you come across them on twitter! I don’t want anyone else to get scammed out of their money.

Always use PayPal when buying tickets from unknown people and ALWAYS use goods and services!!! I cannot stress this enough. Zelle is the worst payment type you can use when doing payments with people you don’t know, I always ask if they can call as well while doing the transfer (scammers always say no and real sellers always say yes). And another thing I do is ask questions related to the band, make sure the process is long and drawn out and not immediate. Scammers will always try to be super fast, so when they rush you to buy the ticket you know it’s a scammer

And unfortunately it is so hard to do chargebacks with Zelle, that’s why it’s absolutely the worst

Hi guys! Figured I’d pop in here. This’ll be my first ever concert in my life, and I’m going alone so I’m a bit very stressed about the process. Do i need to print out my ticket? Or just show it at the gate? I got a confirmation email and on ticket master it shows my seat but there’s not an official ticket unless I’m looking in the wrong place, and i want to make sure i have everything ready once i get there! (I am starting my bracelets right now, my beads came in yesterday!)

(I am also very socially anxious and awkward, for the bracelets can i just walk up to anyone to trade, or do people prefer to do it in certain areas, or wait until we get to our seats?)

No you don't need to print out your tickets, you can use your phone! I would have them ready and open before you go in just so they're easily accessible. If you have an iPhone you ca save them to your wallet and they will pop up on your lockscreen so you can just tap them!

I just sent you an invite for the separate server for this show. We have a chat specifically for the lawn folks. Right now a lot of the timing from the venue is TBD. We know they will open gates at 6pm and the show starts at 8pm, but that could change too. Based on other shows it looks like the early line for wristbands is for pit only. The lawn and seats wait in a line that is "first come, first served". We don't know when they will allow us to start lining up. At first they thought they could open up parking at 5pm, but they have quickly learned that it will have to be much earlier than that.

I have not reached out to them, but people in the server have had no luck calling the venue. That said, the social media interactions have been good.
