Hey everyone!! Here for some advice. I have tickets for LA night two and I’m really trying to get up front at the barricade for the show, and am willing to camp over night or anything that is needed. I’ve never done this before tho. Does anyone have any experience or advice? Everything is so so appreciated thank you❤️❤️

Hey!! Yeah for sure a line is definitely gonna start overnight, if not earlier 😅 usually people bring like a chair to sit on or at least some blankets! Just rest up and hydrate!

yeah so numbered bands typically get handed out at 8am and we come back around 2/3pm and start re lining up

as for BMO, not sure. Venues say they won’t honor fan lines and then eventually do

Venues very rarely know what's actually happening until the day of. I've had shows where the venue has no idea what the wristbands are and what they mean until the band security shows up morning of or overnight

Fr! every single show ive been to they honor it because theres just so many people already lined up

so i would 100% bet on the venue honoring the line

The venues do like to honor fan lines. It was top security last us tour that was fucking everything up and only a couple of venues were very anti-fan lines

Since then it's been hit and miss with heavy miscommunication between different security people

At this time no one has started a line And there's no line specific group chats unless that I'm not aware of. It is likely not to start until maybe Friday at the latest since there's Chula Vista and the intimate Show happening this week

It is still likely that the line leaders for night two is still going to night one but that would be up in the air but you can also just have fun sitting outside the venue listening

So when there's two nights you cannot do both shows there will be separate line leaders sometimes they'll do check-in times at the same time. The other show is happening to prevent it or when wristband people are going in sometimes it depends

Sometimes they'll do their check-ins at the same time as the other line. So then you can't check in and then go check in at the other line later

Once one show ends then you can join the line for the next night if you were camping already for the first night

Yeah, usually we're pretty on top of it for not having the same line leaders for both nights because that would just be unfair to everyone especially if other people aren't allowed to double camp either so

Plus in the states lines are pretty public and not gatekeeped in the UK and Europe you have to show up to the venue and see if there's a line

Cbus weekend had a pretty good system to prevent people from triple camping and so they had all three nights do check-ins at the same time in different areas

It was just the venue that kind of fucked everybody over and being so wishy-washy with their rules

Metro won’t be terrible! I ride it a lot as a local and it’s not as scary as people say :) LA in itself can be sketchy but for the most part it is good enough as long as you’re with another person! And just near the venue in general since there will be sooo many fans too !

taking the metro to the venue def fine, taking it after the show, personally I wouldn't do it if I was alone and a woman, but there isn't really a right or wrong answer, it's subjective.

Ik many of you are staying in dtla, i used to live/work in financial district (like 1yr ago) and even there i didn't feel safe walking alone for more than a block or two after 10pm as a young woman (like 50% chance a homeless or drug addicted person or another random guy would say something to me while walking just a couple blocks)

if i was in a group of people I'd definitely feel fine doing it (unless going to a seriously sketchy part of town)

My plan right now it: fly in early Sunday morning, figure out how to get from LAX to the stadium using transit, go to the 11:00am FPE, and then after that just find some people to hang with, maybe grab a meal with, trade bracelets, etc., until the doors open. I have a floor seat, so don't have to worry about the line really!

Okay chat, sorry for the wall of text, but I got sick of seeing a version of the "how does camping/lines work for the LA shows???" question in all my various facebook groups/reddit with no one responding, so I decided to comment on one post with my best knowledge. I am going to paste what I wrote below, anybody please let me know if I said anything wrong or if there is better info I could offer to folks!

"From my experience, the venue never really has anything to do with the numbered wristbands for the pit, and if you ask the venue they will just say that they don't allow camping and/or that fan lines won't be honored, but even when they say that, the wristband lines are usually honored anyway. I believe, from previous tours I've camped for and from what I have heard from folks on discord for this tour, that the numbered wristbands for the pit are provided by the band and run by folks who volunteer as fan line leaders. The first 500 or so people who show up early to camp, like the night before through to the morning of the show, are given a numbered wristband. Then at some point the morning of the show, folks with a wristband are allowed to leave to go rest/eat and come back at a designated time in the afternoon, where they will re-take their place in line per the number on their wristband."

hey guys, I just called the box office again today. They answered finally. Here’s what she said. She said verbatim that they are not handing out wristbands at all that it was first come first serve and unless there’s a certain email that you get notifying you, they’re the stadium themselves does not hand out wristbands at all so you would literally just have to wait in line all day and that it’s first come first serve
