Look, I’m just gonna say this here and leave it at this. I search where I search. I’m new at this. The shirties are working hard to do what they need to do, but when we as people ridicule or instantly rule out ideas from other people, it just makes it hard for newer people to say what they are thinking. I’ve had two people so far talk to me about how they are too scared to speak in the shirt channel anymore because they are afraid of getting shamed and or made fun of, it’s one thing to acknowledge and deny but, we are straight up, “your idea wouldn’t work because we already think this, so instantly your wrong, as a matter of fact just don’t talk here and let the pros handle it.” And it sucks, the fact newer shirties can’t have fun because others are always telling them how to find out what picture is on a shirt. And it hurts so bad. I get the work you’ve done. And how it can hurt if somebody doesn’t acknowledge it, but keep in mind people dont always know what’s going on, and even if they scroll up, it still wouldn’t give them the full story. It feels more like a job than a hobby. We should be having fun doing this. I have heard from multiple people how it isn’t fun anymore and it’s not right. I’m not asking much, I just want the place to open up a bit. Thank you for your time, I will be refraining from speaking in the shirties chat until later. I just ask if we can stop all the hate on others ideas and just let people speak and say what they think. I love you guys, you guys make me feel at home. For those who have been working on these shirts for months ( I can only speak as someone who started helping out during the beginning of the Latam shirts )- it is like a second little job. It's something I take pride in & enjoy, but I do take seriously- because, as has been stated again and again, we have proof that these shirts are indeed important.

Anyone is welcome to come in with their ideas- but if the idea is completely out of left field & something that hasn't been seen, it will understandbly be met with doubt. It sucks, I know. But the pattern had been established, broken, reestablished, and now it has seemingly been broken again by the Dema map. Which is major!! And something to be looked into, because why?

We do politely ask that any conversations that don't pertain to the shirt or lore- like memes or jokes or further discussions- be talked of in this chat, especially in the middle of the show. After the show, I can't say, bc I'm not a mod, just a member, so. 🤷‍♀️

What I will say, personally, is that when I work on the shirts- I take it seriously. Many of us do. And to have it be repeatedly stated that we take it too seriously or that this should be just for fun can come off as a little bit rude. I assume that wasn't your intention, and I swear I am not trying to argue, just explain from my pov, as someone who suddenly opened the gc expecting to see a conversation about the shirts & instead I see a literary example of that one gif from community of everything being on fire.

Tensions have been high. I'm not sure if you were part of the group when the Mods sprung upon us the sudden split, but tensions have been high since... Easter, I believe? We have been trying very hard to keep things going by the Mods' rules that they had restated then, and the arguments earlier derailed that attempt.

I kindly ask that for future issues or discussions, they be dealt with in this channel- or in a separate group chat entirely. You can also submit a ticket to speak with the Mods if something is really rubbing you wrong. Or DM any of us!
