Okay steps for those that want to know

• Take these jumbled CLANCY strings (image 1), each 2 letters = one letter from the word from the I AM CLANCY transcript
• Once you get the alphabet, you translate this "Blurryface" code (image 2) which has extra letters inbetween the BLURRYFACE translation
• The extra letters translate to N-SFERAA-- from our existing alphabet
• Filling in the blanks and it's "nosferaatu" which includes the double letter like the rest of the clues
