thank you
do makersworld people fw printing rocks
Or these things
someone would rock with it
This is the thing I’ve done that took the longest and was most difficult
Lots of sanding and painting and gluing but it’s so cool
what do you model with again
Rhinoceros3D, ZBrush, Houdini SideFX
yeah
well
rhino isn’t
neither is Houdini really
ZBrush definitely is tho and I used it a lot for that model
what did you use for the campfire
Fusion 360 💀
sketchup sucks ass
Maya or 3DS Max would be great
I’m unfamiliar with Onshape
kinda like Fusion
but fully browser based
actually way more than fusion if you actually pay for the pro
they market themselves as an alternative to SolidWorks
which is a HIGH bar for CAD/CAM
i found out abt it cause they sponsored a youtube video of a guy I watch
lol
Have you ever tried shapelab
no
@leaden meteor
I’ll send a pic when I get home
Of where it touches
I’ll be home in like 3 minutes
where tf were you until now
Band rehearsal

@leaden meteor
Bed adhesion game strong
is this something you created irl
thats crazy cool
yes
dang
Marvelous
i want a 3d printer
I’ve seen people do that, it’s so expensive but so cool
Actually insane
that's large
@leaden meteor
Goated setup
All the extra spools that couldn’t go on the bookshelf lol
Plus my like gallon of desiccant
so Organized
ty
@leaden meteor I'm trying to catalog all my spools and wow this is taking some time 💀
how about just counting them all for starts
do you not have like 40 at least
57
sorry no 59
Lord have mercy
well I got all the filament types cataloged I think
not the spools
just the like Brand color mix
immaculate vibes actually
@leaden meteor so many spools
too many
im cataloging them all rn
59?
@leaden meteor fuck
19 of those aren't opened yet
and also 3 are mini 250g spools
that I wasn't counting before
Also

ok i somehow accidentally saved a spool 3 times
so there were 2 extra in there
i have 70
Awww ender dragon
Still like 55 too many

AAAAA
wait that app is kinda crazy can you like tell it what project you’re working on and it’ll tell you like what you need and where it is
that’s kinda cool
waiting on my 3d printer
Not quite
It’s like
When I generate the files to print from my slicer, it tells me how much filament it needs
And in that, I can keep track of how much is left on a spool, so I can see if it’s enough
And then I marked like what shelf it’s on so I can grab it easy
Once I get some other stuff setup, I can have it almost keep the filament amount up to date
2 of my printers can get setup like that
My main one can’t really though it seems
So I’d just need to manually update that for the time
Until I make something to make it automatic
