I have three major issues with it
one, it doesn’t fit in the album by any stretch of the imagination; even to provide relief from the heaviness of previous tracks
two, it’s evidently supposed to be a fun song, but I don’t find it fun at all; instead it comes off as very boring, underproduced, and lacking effort in both delivery and writing
three, as far as rap goes, it’s some of the worst they’ve ever put out

the vocals being all over the place is fair, but I don’t think that really makes or breaks the chorus. the vocals are really powerful imo and the melody is super dynamic. the big jump in notes is definitely marmite though, I reckon on that point it’s down to taste so if you don’t like it fair enough. however on the other merits of the chorus I’d argue that the chorus is very succinct and well-written; it’s not too wordy and it’s extremely catchy (they used the key change trick they’ve often utilised in other songs to achieve this, and it always works). the subject matter is evident from the lyrics and yet it’s still very poetic
