it's normal for websites to have an admin page that requires a password to log into. there's nothing that seems particularly lore-connected in the design of the website, and it looks very barebones. although it's not impossible for it to be part of the puzzle, you have to consider that basically every website will have an admin page that looks like this, which it's safe to assume is what we've stumbled onto. if somebody discovers a second page that asks for a password on the TOP website, then it might be worth looking into, because we know for certain one of them is the admin page... so the other might be related to the puzzle.
