Paladin Strait or Oldies Station
Navigating and at the risk of feeling dumb PEAK

Snap Back doesn't hit for me
Navigating is so great I was like bruh when Tyler said it's only on the album cuz of Josh
Backslide 🫶🏻

100/10 no skip album absolutely perfect i love vignette and navigating and just every song
WALK THE LAYOUT, ROUTINES IN THE NIGHT 🗣️🗣️🗣️🔥🔥🔥

at the risk of feeling dumb!
CLANCY SWEEP
Bro vingette is so good
Navigating , the craving and next semesterr
Routines in the night and At the risk of feeling dumb
Good album but it didn't live up to the hype. Tyler was right, we shouldn't believe the hype.
ROUTINES IN THE NIGHT!!!!!
GOATwest Indigo
It’s great. Overcompensate and navigating for both music and videos
My favorites are Backslide, Overcompensate and Navigating!!! :)))
routines in the night 🙏🙏
Overcompensate 🔥
Paladin is like the best song ever, but i love lavish cause its just such a dumb and silly song, its so unexpected but so good
Rutinas in the night
I really enjoyed lavish, navigating, and routines of the night
lavish is the best MV but Midwest Indigo just does something for me
oldies station, and navigating
Hmmm I think Vignette
I love all the songs except for overcompensate. And the music videos were amazing !!!!!!! I can’t pick a favorite. But my current fave is Snap Back.
“At the risk of feeling dumb”
This is so hard to say.. almost every song has something special, unique, catching.. To me it's navigating and snap back
Overcompensate is definitely one of the best
AT THE RISK OF FEELING DUMB🗣️🗣️🗣️🗣️
routines, vignette, midwest indigo
This new album is such a banger, probably my new favorite album by them. It was hard to choose a favorite track, but I think my favorites were ATROFD, vignette and next semester.
i love all the songs so much
Routines in the night is so awesome I want to hear an acoustic version of it
and also AT THE RISK OF FEELIN' DUMB, CHECK IIIIIIIIIIIIN
DROP DROP DROP
VIGNETTE
Routines in the Night / Snap Back
So and so
Not an im immediately in love with every song but a few I really like
AL RIESGO DE SENTIRME TONTO 🔛🔝🔥🔥🐴
Honestly vibing with paladin strait.
Snap back, Lavish, and Routines In the night
i love everything i love all of the songs and all of the music videos (the mv for navigating made me audibly scream “NO” at 1 AM and my mom who was trying to sleep thought something bad actually happened) my favorite song is routines in the night i need it absorbed into my bones
At the risk os feeling dumb goes hard!
The writing isn't as polished as Trench. It feels like they want to have a conceptual record but also just write literal songs as well.
i have no fav but wtf i discovered that lavish is not liked by anyone and HOW
I was kinda disappointed by how it turned out, but it was a bit decent and a bit better than Scaled and Icy… imo
It's needed to grow on me, I honestly didn't like it first hearing the songs on the livestream, but overall a solid 8/10
i think backslide grew on my the most, the lyrics are so good
Lavish
It's not my favorite from them but it's still really good, I love lavish with the MV and Vignette. Midwest indigo is stuck in my head ATM
Routines in the Night, Next Semester, Vignette, Navigating, Backslide, and Paladin Strait!!
Oldies station or at the risk of sounding dumb
backslide
I really liked the album, it's a bit different but interesting, I can't decide yet which one is my favorite but I like the rhythm of Next semester
The craving Jenna's version + Routines of the Night + Lavish
navigating, midwest indigo, vignette
LAVISH is def my fave so far but also OLDIES STATION ARE U JOKING
Oldies station hits hard
widwest indigo,
midwest indigo, routines in the night and qt the risk of feeling dumb
I think I already said which are my top 3 of the album 🤧
evil me be like:
Vignette
Honestly scaled & icey had a more compelling concept and was honestly better written even
I love Routines in the night 🙏🏻 literally cried during it
the new album is def top tier most mvs were silly and my top three songs are paladin strait, the craving (jennas vers) and lastly lavish
no bridge bridges like the paladin strait bridge bridges
Routines in the Night made me cry. Lavish is comedy gold. Love both
routines in the night, vignette and navigating are the top 3. amazing album, I might like it more than trench rn
also lavish is such a fun track
routines in the night, I really feel like I heard a song with sounded much alike it, but couldn't find such song or remember it, anyway I think next semester and routines in the nights are my fav ftom clancy
fuck it i cant choose ALL OF THEM ARE MY FAVS
…and vignette🖤
ROUTINES IN THE NIGHT AND THE CRAVING >>>
I like all of them but I think paladin strait is my favorite. But vignette is also really good. And lavish. I got some laughs at the MV for lavish, like Tyler was dancing and derpin and everything and Josh was just kind of there with him.
- Navigating 2. Midwest Indigo 3. Vignette
The back to back punch or “oldies station” to “at the risk of feeling dumb” is criminal
Real
"Lashish" and "Lavash" are awesome 😎
I loved oldies station. Best one imo
I absolutely love navigating and Midwest indigo honestly I LOVE THEM ALL SM
Backslide
WALK THE LAYOUT, ROUTINES IN THE NIGHT MOTHERFUCKERS
yes
But, they’re Oldies Station, Snapback, and Paladin Strait
brad says he doesn't like it and i only base my opinion on what popular youtubers say so the album is bad
the best album ive ever listened to. better than trench, imo.
DONT EAT SALTINES IN THE NIGHTTIME
as someone who has known them from their early days. this album was a roller coaster of emotions. im thankful to them that they saved me. now i hope We all have also saved them....
You knowww snap back was really good though
All
W album
Navigating because theose lyrics hit me so freaking hard. Way fo close to home. My new favorite top song frfr
I hate Brad ong
My favorite song is Lavish tbh...
It just feels silly :3
Love the whole thing! Routines and Navigating are my favorites (thanks Josh!)
routines in the night
Vignette, navigating or next semester or any of the other ones
Is anybody still high on overcompensate? That and lavish 😭😭😭
Lavish MV hits different when you got a lack of sleep and the proctologist like comes out of nowhere
Yeah this is the only way to form opinions fr fr
whatever you say
HOW THE HECK IS NAVIGATING TYLERS LEAST FAVORITE
I havent decided yet lol I need at least 2 weeks to let it simmer but lavish was my fav music vid!
Navigating!
Vignette & Navigating are my favourites as well as Overcompensate, listening to it like 64 times already
midwest indigo and paladin strait made me SOB
Navigating is so good
Navigate or Routines in the night
- Routines in the Night
- Paladin Strait
- Navigating
- Oldies Station
- Vignette
- Overcompensate
- Midwest Indigo
- At The Risk of Feeling Dumb
- Next Semester
- Snap Back
- Backslide
- Lavish
- The Craving
The Craving (Jenna’s Version) 😭😭😭
the craving Jenna's version
Ikr????? I would have hated to miss out on it!! It slaps!!
i LOVE lavish
I wonder what fantano would rate this album
Vignette, Navigating, Lavish
vignette and lavish
I'm not really sure what I think. I love everything up to trench, but after/during that the music started getting more.. generic? There just used to be this twenty one pilots signature sound with every song, and I loved it, and now it seems like it's diminished almost entirely. But I don't know.. maybe it's just me
THE ENTIRE ALBUM IS A BANGER, I'VE LISTENED TO IT AT LEAST 6 TIMES TODAY
It was midwest indigo but brad hated it so I do too. /s
Vignette, lavish and snap back
CHECK IIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIN
Lavish is a bop
MIDWEST INDIGO MIDWEST INDIGO
5-6 at best
routines in the night <3333
josh saved it for us
routines in the night
lavish is such a bop
Incredible album… initial impressions of my favs: lavish and routines in the night
Jenna 🥺
It was also the first song I got to hear at my listening party ❤️🩹
lavish is my fav
tbh he actedt all old and grumpy in this era. could be all an act to actually promote some stuff
NAVIGATING, Lavish, Routines in the Night and Paladin
That’s valid💖
At the risk of feeling dumb, navigating and routines in the night 💛❤️
WHY IS NO ONE SAYING MIDWEST INDIGO I'VE BEEN PLAYING IT ON REPEAT ALL DAY
Craving (Jenna) Next Semester, Routines
Midwest Indigto tho
Lavish is definitely the best video
What was trench rated ?
I am Craving "The craving"
Routines in the Night fr fr
Yeah they definitely took the music a different route, a lil experimentation
LEVEL UP: You are now level 2!
oh my god the craving jennas version too
That is going to be such a special memory!!
my top 5 favorites are ( in no particular order) Overcompensate, Next Semester, Navigating, The Craving, then it's between Lavish and Paladin Strait
Routines, lavish, paladin, navigating
Someday ill make my snap back
I kinda think this might be the second best record after trench
My top 3: at the risk of feeling dumb, navigating, next semester <3
And Routines and At The Risk
Vignette my beloved
Why is no one saying Vignette😭😭
PALADIN STRAIGHT OF COURSE
its definitely a no skip album. my favorite its at the risk but i really love routines in the night and next semester
I'm not gonna lie to you all though, Lavish is my least favorite
Backslide is so good too!!!
music videos made all of the songs perfectly better. tho i expected more from vignette MV
yo TOP and MCR my favorite too, along with The Lumineers
Noooo 😭😭😭😭 🤣
I'm sorry 😭😭😭😭 I'm hoping it'll grow on me
thats so real
Any Indian tøp fans here ?
Yea same. I was so numb on that music 😂😂
Lavish video was very entertaining to watch, that'd be a lot of driving
it definitely grew on me, I didn't like it the first listen
It’s so okay 😭 my least is snap back im sorry
overcompensate, atrofd, snapback and ritn. i'd put navigating at 5 rn
routines in the night is probably a top 3 for me rn
Vignette and navigating have been on repeat all day for me
Next Semester and Overcompensate
CRAVING
I'm so glad I'm not alone
Vignette and Snap Back
vignette EASY
Fav song depends on the state of my mood..
ngl this whole album is good though soooooo
Hoping it does the same for me 😭
Routines In The Night and Lavish for me
It's wild how snap back is either an absolute hit or complete miss for most people here
Lavish!!
Navigating and AtRoFD
Oldies Station 💗💗
midwest indigo is also great
I wish it was a hit for me 😭😭
Navigating and at the risk fo sho
I think blurryface is my least favorite, but I still love it. Pretty much everything else, and some of the songs in blurryface, are just gold- beautiful, unique, deep, meaningful gold. I love Kithcen Sink, I love Migraine, I love Trapdoor, I love Isle of Flightless Birds, I love Neon Gravestones, and Truce, and Slowtown, and Be Concerned
‼️‼️YOU CAN BE SO COLD, MIDWEST INDIGO‼️‼️
Level of concern was pretty good
I think snap back is OK but it took a while for me to get into it
next semester keeps the best
Ok folks, serious question: SAI or Clancy? 😭
navigating and routines in the night

VIGNETTE FOR SURE
Clancy but I’ve been warming to SAI this year
Clancy end of argument
TRUE
oo i have a ranking to be judged hold on
Honestly during the stream I thought it was not one of the best on the album (I love them all) but I’ve unexpectedly watched the video like 5 times today and I just keep liking it more
GROWER NOT A SHOWER 😭
Routines in the night and at the risk of felling dumb fs
- Vignette
- Navigating
- Midwest Indigo
- Routines in the Night
- Next Semester
- Lavish
- Overcompensate
- Backslide
- Paladin Strait
- At the Risk of Feeling Dumb
- Oldies Station
- Snap Back
- The Craving
YOU DONT LIKE THE CRAVING???????
I was anticipating more lore than we got on this album. I conceptualized it as trench II and that's just not accurate
Who cares the lore?!
Tricked me by saying welcome back to trench 💔
It’s good, but it really can’t be compared to the rest of the record because of how little it has to offer
everyone lol
routines ive got like over 200 scrobbles on it already
Josh was right; this is a zero skips album
navigating is probably my favorite, second fav is snap back and then at the risk of feeling dumb
Vignette and Midwest indigo are top tier (i forgot a ton)
Lol sry for highlighting
so many of these songs absolutely blew me away
The album as a whole is extremely solid. Flows extremely smoothly from start to finish with that early 2000’s esc intro to every song. The music videos although most weren’t high production had enough charm to be a nice addition to the bands video collection with my personal standout being next semester’s video. The absolute highlight though is navigating. Somehow it’s Tyler’s least favourite song in the record yet it’s the only song since car radio to grip me the way car radio did back when I found it on RAB in 2012
Navigating is also lit
Routines in the Night has Vampire The Masquerade vibes
surely my least favorite as it's still a very cute song.
Exactly!! Like I had heard he was doing more of a return to trench era but I think I was naive, especially with having kiddos and such I can see he wants his music to go in a slightly different direction
Lavish has the best music video, but the best SONG imo is navigating
it's already stuck in my head
LAVISH MY LOVELY
Lavish is just funny lol
I love all the songs regardless definitely wish there were like 2 more lore related songs tho
Lavish is stuck in my head aswell
I'm hoping given how "easy" this album was for the clique (no tricks or hunting or anything for teasers) and the paladin strait music video coming out in june, and how light this album is on lore vs the 'most lore heavy album yet' promise, there'll be a second shoe drop come june
Cures my health
in terms of music videos, Next Semester and Midwest Indigo are tied tbh. then favorite tracks are... i love them all but my top 3 are Next Semester, Snap Back and Midwest Indigo, an honorable mention is vignette .
also y'know the ending of paladin strait and literally what got said during the mv livestream
At the risk of feeling dumb
The beginning of midwest indigo is so sweet
anyway oldies station is so good. I didn't think I'd love it so hard but the second half just hits so right.
I wanted them to pull out an ice auger and a vexilar
i think there couldv'e been more music videos following the lore, allthough it was said to be too expensive im sure it wouldnt be hard to pull something off in a forest like in Navigating and make it seem like its the island from OC, but other than that vignette, MWI and the craving single ver are certi bops
craving single version is so good man
lavish, navigating, and paladin strait im so happy with this album
Favs were Navigating, The Craving, and Lavish and Midwest Indigo are tied
Here's my list:
- Every other song
- Snap Back
- Lavish
I have to say I was extremely baffled by Tyler’s opinions on some of the songs. His take on navigating was insane.
out of all of them genuinely at the risk of feeling dumb hit it out of the park for me song-wise but this album was so good and i liked all of them!! also really liked the mvs for lavish, navigating, the craving etc etc
FOR REAL!!!
I'm addicted to vignette
At The Risk Of Feeling Dumb is amazing. Especially with the anti-suicide message.
Tyler almost didn’t include the best song they’ve made maybe ever
Thank you Josh
10/10
I am in love with it!! It is so good!!
vignette is amazing oh my god…
5/10 i can't get into this one
VIGNETTE
snap back ❤️
routines in the night!
That song broke me. It will hit home hard especially for those who idk how to say it. We’re the ones left feeling “dumb”
the hawk screech in vignette is so silly I love it but it's so silly
is it in vignette?
or is it uhhh
troll pfp hi
yeah vignette
I lost my shit with the ending of Paladin xddddd
navigating and next semester ON TOPPPPP
Ngl, because of Josh saving good music, he's now my favorite
Midwest indigo rules
what got me was oldies station since when you're trying your best to get better you set yourself up for failure, via thinking you'll never fail or "break your streak"
literally was listening to it on loop earlier especially with how intense it is at the end, i also really liked vignette abd again just all of the songs, im so glad to have been here for this album coming out 😭😭
At the Risk of Feeling Dumb
New people hearing the twenty one pilots flow for the first time and not realizing this is just the tip of the iceberg
The other one for me was backslide. The amount of times I’ve almost backslid
10/10 album
Frfr
I love the mood of just "yeah no go ahead, setup a streak, you'll fail but give yourself something to strive for". god. I love oldies station. I'll kill a man for that song.
mood
literally just saying the lyrics but worse
frrr, love backslide. also routines in the night and vignette
perhaps don't commit murder 😔
They put someone their strongest songs at the end of this album imo
Routines in the night and at the risk of feeling dumb are definitely the best ones
THOSE ARE MY FAVVVV
LAVISH TOO
sorry I gotta setup a streak-
LAVISH IS MY FAVORITE
lavish is such a bouncy song
LEVEL UP: You are now level 5!
one of their best albums, i think it's a great way to end the storyline.
My fav are definitely at the risk of feeling dumb and next semester!
Do what must be done
lavish
vignette
at the risk of feeling dumb
routines in the night
wrong kinda streak 😭 💀
Paladin
cant pick 1 cuz theyre all too good
when only ultimate guitar has chords for clancy songs but NOOO you need a subscription to view them
Vignette and next semester are probably my two favourite songs to listen to. Those two on repeat would get me through a 20 hour gym session
i wanna play my faves
Routines In The Night, Vignette or At The Risk Of Feeling Dumb
man next semester hit me hard, especially since I'm doing school
I think this album is easily the best tøp album (Tied with SAI for me). Zero skip album
Overcompensate and Next semester were the two songs that dragged me back into Twenty One Pilots after barely listening for nearly three years.
Backslide and The Craving (Single version) were both so beautifully depressing, and probably 2 of my favorite Twenty One Pilots music videos.
Midwest Indigo has almost depressing lyrics but happier melodies and the music video was so silly. My favorite song and my favorite music video easily
Routines in the Night had such a nice, almost a creepy music video and the song has poetic lyrics
Vignette was absolutely HAUNTING and was top tier. I actually didn't know what a vignette was before
I preferred the other version of the craving but the music video for jenna's version made me cry
Lavish had such a silly music video that COMPLETELY went against the song with the setting of the music video but it was perfect
Navigating carries the album, definetly. Both the mv and the song. I like how fast paced the song is
Snap Back took me a bit to warm up to, but it's one of my favs off the album now. Tyler cutting his hair in snap back mv was gold
Some of the lyrics in Oldies Station made me lose it. I didn't think I'd like the song based off the title but it proved me wrong .
At the risk of feeling dumb was like an upbeat version of Friend, Please and i love friend please. Even with how upbeat it was it still got the point across. Josh playing drums on the haybales and the barn was hilarious
Paladin absolutely destroyed me on the first listen and still gives me chills. That last lyric shocked me. Can't wait for the music video
✨ navigating ✨
Woah that was long
holy
The “I don’t want to be here” rings in my ears every second at work.
Das a novel
I may like clancy
I respect the SAI love tbf
"can't change what you've done, start fresh next semesteeeeeeeerrrrrrrrr"
I’m real gutted that Tyler thinks a lot of us hated SAI.
I don’t LOVE it but I really liked it
I am constantly obsessed with scaled and icy
I am psychically bonded with my pink pop up shop slipcase icl
tbf it didn't preform as well as the other albums. I did like that it was a ligter sounding album, especially because of all the hard stuff with covid
The album that got me into tøp 🙏
at the risk of feeling dumb <3
DONT GET MAD AT ME
my favorites: lavish, vignette
awesome songs: navigating, ritn, the craving, atrofd, oc, ns, backslide
i need more time: oldies station, snap back, paladin strait
wasnt vibing with: midwest indigo
9/10 album. i would rank it behind my top 2, trench and sai, but before my number 3, blurryface.
Vignette
my fav song of all TØP: Isle of Flightless Birds
I just think it’s a different vibe that wasn’t meant to be a main album. a spinoff like you’d see with say the walking dead
NEW MERCH DROP
I sawwww
I like Midwest, fair
Yeah same
also I love how they did the callback to my blood in the navigating music video !!! cant be the only one who thought that some songs sounded / reminded them of older ones sonically (ex. vignette and goner, midwest indigo and hometown iirc, etc)
IM GETTING CORAZON SHIRT
I really like Navigating, At the risk of feeling dumb and Midwest Indigo, all the álbum is great!
AND THE PUNK STAGE SHIRT
Midwest indigo was my fav
Every time I see snap back, I think of a certain rapper
what shirt should I get, I'm thinking the skeleton clique and something from clancy, but which one
LOVE THEM, NAVIGATING, PALADIN STRAIT, LAVISH ARE MY TOP 3
Technically that means all the music videos are connected to the story but just in an alternate style maybe
Lavish, Midwest indigo, and navigate
Next Semester has still got to be my #1 on this album. Followed by Navigating and Paladin Strait. Honorable mention to ATROFD. All in all, pretty unskippable album
snap back to reality ope there goes gravity
I am very surprised by the lavish love but I respect it
yeah im not vibing with it idk. and i dont know how to feel about paladin strait cause it doesnt feel like a typical top ending song so i want to digest it for a while
for clancy you should get corazon shirt, or maybe the punk stage, those are the coolest ones
lavish is my #1
Midwest indigo is my favorite on the album and navigating is the best video easily
I didn't really like it first time, but it grew on me literally came out last night
Not a bad song but there’s one that stands out to me as one I like the least
First album were I have pretty much no skips
I hated it a week ago. I now really enjoy it.
I absolutely agree but add lavish to the top 3
hmmmmm yeah I was thinkin bout those, also the faces with the logo
Next semester is so unbelievably good
weeekkkk????? did you listen to a leak?
I had the leaks yeah. But I spent £120 on the bundle, £80 today on merch and going to the pop up shop tomorrow to spend another £100. I deserved the leaks
that was amazing when tyler did that
Balloon go weeeee
YOU BUFFOON
YOU LISTEN TO THE LEAKS
My 2 favorites are definitely routines in the night and lavish
Tyler let people off
First time i listened to the album was with josh and tyler and mark staring at me over a screen while broadcasting the mvs in our face
🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻 Tyler forgives those who spend bags on merch
Just can't wait to yell my lungs out at "Can't change what you've done!" live (if i can seize a ticket)
nah, you a leak listener
holy crap bro
oh no a leak listener ||people who dont like leaks are an enigma to me||
Navigating
I will cry the entire show. I'm so ready.
Peak fiction
I stayed up until 1:30 am for thst
i want paladin strait mv but overall album was amazing
can't decide my favorite but my favorite non-single song is vignette
If you listen to leaks but buy the album 3x or more are fine 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻
i still cant believe we got Tyler with the blurryface contacts
literally me bro, why would you listen to leaks
i genuinely think that if it was just the first 9 songs, then it'd be their best album. for me, snap back kills the momentum of the album, oldies station doesn't bring it back, at the risk is too late to save the momentum, and paladin strait might be their worst closer, purely bc it doesn't feel like it closes the album.
The stretch from lavish to snap back is FIRE
I
Just make a playlist without those songs then :p
you go with your bad self
leaks are chill imo, but idk. i dont see the harm if im looping the album until september. that being said, i didnt listen to leaks cause i was busy :))
it's still a very, very good album, probably 2nd or 3rd best of theirs
Paladin strait / Snap Back
Paladin strait is fs weird for its ending. Like it felt like such a maaaajor cliffhanger that im half expecting a part 2 to be released soon like taylor did w ttpd
I'ma slap you if you listen to another leak smh, but gj for not this time
this
Yeah paladin strait is a terrible overall closer to the storyline but a good song
End of Clancy tour I’m 60% sure we get a new album
definitely not coping with the fact we got another 3 years to wait now
the ending of paladin strait kinda felt like when they add the name of the movie into one of the characters' lines 😭
BAHAHA
he said clancy was the end ;-;
Techically it was
Tyler’s a liar
Soooooooooooo good well done
we're all liars
Tyler is a liar and double albums exist
And tyler referencing the literal worst tøp song with blurry's "so few, so proud, so emotional" deSTROYED me
I genuinely thought the ending of Paladin Strait meant Clancy had lost and given in once again. But apparently its the start of a battle between them.
you're a turtle
Lavish and Navigating are peak
Tyler said in an interview that it isn’t really the end in a sarcastic tone and he said in the livestream it’s not the end if I remember right
not too much on fairly local 😞💔
i listened to the next semester leak but i didnt have time to seek out the clancy album leaks. but regardless leaks are fine imo, i find it to be lowkey kinda fun, especially with tyler’s response with the balloon
hold on, you think fairly local is the worst song
ight I'ma go swing on a swing while shouting the clancy music at the top of my lungs
😇😇😇
No I'm a vulture who feeds on pain 🥺🥺🥺🥺🥺
Just scream about your proctologist constantly
And i'm a megalodon??
then you should sleep in a well lit room
And I’m a whore?
Metaphorically
bottomless
that's denial number 4
Amen 🙏🏻
okay but do you sleep in a well lit room??? and do you let the shadow through??? and sever all you knew???
routines in the night and the craving are soooooooooo good
ight fr I'm leaving to go swing, cy'all
I gotta be honest, the way tyler pronounces "capri sun" has been bothering me
CAPri sun
no, not me, it's for a friend (denial)
Low-key the way he says navigating touches my soul tho so he redeemed himself
denial
How is no'one talking about "My blood" playing at the end of Navigating? And why it did?
goosebump moment
WHAT
Me when I buy 20 bars of chocolate to binge eat and cry
there's 3 "denials" in Vignette, so technically, that could be denial number 4
VIGNETTE
cause the coping mech in my blood is the same thing clancy is doing
i know not all the mvs are lore related but i can still connect them together with the power of my imagination
If theres any Routines in the Night fans, ur my friend
Vignette for sure
🤯
Vignette's probably my fav too
im trying to remember if ive heard tyler go that high before on a note and i feel like he did at some point on NPI but im probably wrong lol
Incredible album! I'm so glad I avoided the leaks!
you mean the "guiding" by someone who only exists in his mind?
I love Navigating
the reason my blood starts playing is because the whole video is based on a brother who makes up a fake brother to cope when losing his mom. josh not being real during sai, is the same coping thing. clancy needed something to keep him moving, like a crutch, so he envisions josh with him. but also josh has the power of guidance, so some of it was his doing.
its a bit of both because josh reaches out like a friend would. but also clancy is coping
its a cool concept
Routines of the night obviously
what would a twenty one pilots album be without a little bit of cringe 💀
YES.
Kinda related--i feel like this album had a similar undertone to NPI
This will be a highly disliked opinion but I really didn’t like the craving Jenna version but absolutely LOVE the single version
Like his "backsliding" into trench felt like it went further back in his headspace
No I agree with that
But through a 14 years later lens
completely understandable actually
I’m thinking about getting a custom cd made of clancy that replaces the versions
For my car
When Daryl said "We ain't The Walking Dead" 🥲
When Han Solo said “solo a Star Wars movie” 😭
in trench im not alone
yeah, i noticed that a lot more of the songs have to do with a significant drop off in mental health, and i dont think there have been too many songs like that since like Vessel or Blurryface
lavish is a vibe
i mean obviously there have been, but not in the same quantity
lavish is so unserious and i love it
What site is this lol
Which made paladin strait's "point of no return" idea BREAK me. Like this was such a good musical interpretation of things culminating and life falling apart
Stats fm. It takes all your Spotify data
This is such a fire album
stats fm is the best app
guys the new merch idk what to get
i have it too
I got these two
I feel like I should get a tøp hoodie I don’t have one
My only merch from them rn is the nyc Bowery show t shirt lol
I’m a newer fan
I got my bandito tour 2019 one still
I'm thinking of these, haven't decided
lavish is #1
For my style I don’t really like shirts with their faces on it. The clique one goes hard tho
Midwest indigo, vignette, navigate, i cant choose between my children
WAIT WHY HAVE I NEVER SEEN THE CORAZÓN ONE
ITS SO SICK
Why does this band make such good merch man I hate being poor
staring at my degrees like….if it weren’t for u….i could buy so much tøp merch
I used to dream of living in NYC but I watch a lot of videos about living there and it’s declining like crazy
i moved back to California 1 week ago, I hated living in nyc
Left 2 weeks before the end of my lease just to get out
Is there many good hospitals there? I wonder if they pay well
Navigating is my personal favourite
The hospitals are very good, some of the best in the country, I’m not sure about the pay but the cost of living is so high that it offsets how much people get paid
Damn
I LOVE CLANCY
you’ll get charged $9 at a corner store for a gallon of milk 🫠 don’t move there lol
ANYWAY on the topic of c l a n c y
had to be said
it’s fucking amazing, that livestream last night gave me life
Was rewatching today and just smiling like a dummy
YO WHAT
WHAT
Hopefully they bring it to London since they love it here
This was the full post btw
The Clancy tour ends in 2025
Clancy tour ends and they drop the ultimate version
Yooooooooooooooo
The twenty one pilots - the story playlist on YouTube is in such a weird order
Navigating, At The Risk of Feeling Dumb, and Routines in the Night fr fr
Routines in the night rules
Routines and Midwest
Although tbh all the album is a bop
Vignette, Navigating, Routines in the Night are my top 3 right now.
Lavish and A Risk of Feeling Dumb are my personal favorites, even if I love the whole album
Vignette, At Risk of Feeling Dumb, Navigating SUPREMACY👄 (Lavish is so fun too)
The only correct answer is
||all of them||
im kinda confused is TheSilentOne confirmed tyler?
Who
listen
artist releases weird ambient songs that sound like sequels to twentyone pilots
and a weird photo of tyler as cover
- Routines In The Night
- At The Risk Of Feeling Dumb
- Paladin Strait OR Navigating (still deciding on that one)
and I simply can't rank the rest of them
Im going to search that
I don't believe so
LEVEL UP: You are now level 2!
exactly the same here
mine are
Navigating
Midwest Indigo
Paladin Strait
My favs: Midwest indigo, routines of the night, navigating, snap back, lavish, vignette, and at the risk of feeling dumb

It's a masterpiece.
Routines In The Night
or
Vignette
Routines in the Night, Snap Back, and At the Risk of Feeling Dumb
Nav sounds so hype and the craving so melancholic
As a father of kids a similar age to his*, Oldies Station hits hard.
Routines in the night, vignette and navigating
(Just including the new ones that just came out)
The Craving has me in a chokehold
Atrofd, lavish, navigating, next semester
I actually liked all songs, i can't choose best, but Lavish is so memeful for me, i love it. I also love style of snap back and Vessel vibe of Oldies Station. This album is masterpiece for me. Can't wait for Paladin Strait MV
I'll be down bad for this band forever I fear
overcompenate, vignette and paladin strait are my top 3 of the record (in no particular order, I love them all sm)
(honarable mentions: next semester, at the risk of feeling dumb)
navigating, next semester, and paladin are the best songs frfr
I gotta go with navigating, next semester, lavish, vignette and at the risk of feeling dumb as my favorites
🕴🕴
Loveddd, faves next semester, vignette, oldies station, lavish, navigating, but damnn hard to Say, loved them all
Cried at the end of the livestream with paladin strait and damn in the live chat when everyone started typing stay alive, i was soobbing
I have returned from my quest of singing on a sqing. I sang all of Clancy as well as Fairly Local and Isle of Flightless Birds
routines in the night >>>
okay a question within the question for you guys, WHAT ARE YOUR TOP 3 SONGS FROM THE ALBUM?
I think I'm starting to like the new album more, I listened to/watched the new stuff late at night so it may have sounded worse
Lavish has the best mv fr
but the one ive been listening to a lot is At Risk Of Feeling Dumb
Paladin Strait, waiting for the video...
more waiting
Love Navigating, but also LOVE Vignette!!!
Routines
Navigating, Vignette, Lavish, Next Semester are on top
i love vignette so much and the music video for it is such a vibe 😭 def my #1 but also navigating, midwest indigo, at the risk of feeling dumb, and id def keep next semester in my top 5 (not in any order besides vignette)
"Routines in the night" has been stuck in my head.
I was confused when this didn't show up? Where is the pantaloon???
Its from self titled lol
Navigating, At The Risk Of Feeling Dumb, Oldies Station, Routines In The Night, Vignette, Next Semester, Midwest Indigo, Lavish, Overcompensate & Backslide are my favs (10 out of 13 songs phahsha I’m way too indecisive for this)
The album wasn’t what I expected at all and my first reaction was very sceptical, but after listening through the song’s properly & multiple times… I LOVE IT!!!! Vessel and blurryface will always be my favs but this takes 3rd place for sure!! I cannot wait for the tour 😍
Johnny boy 💀
i cant believe they topped trench
for me that seemed impossible
Fr
REAL
I really want Tyler and josh to re release all the old songs that they have been playing. I like the new versions a little better tbh.
risk of feeling dumb and vignette !
Routines In the Night, At The Risk of Feeling Dumb, The Craving (Single Ver), Overcompensate (the intro is just chef's kiss), Paladin Strait
See your problem is your proctologist got both hands on your shoulders while you're bottom less 🗣️🗣️🔥🔥🔥
Best line in TØP history tbh
The whole room was laughing at that line.
Top 3. 1: RITN, 2: OC, 3: Vignette
Top 5: 1: ATROFD 2: RITN 3: Lavish 4: Snap Back 5: Next Semester
navigating
next semester, routines in the night, navigating, both version of the craving
You know its a good album when everyone has a different favourite song but also agree on other peoples faves
hi
im ngl they ALL GO SO HARD 😭 i will update this when i can narrow down a couple of favorites lmao
- The Craving 2. Navigating 3. Next semester
out of the new ones, i’m personally really liking at the risk of feeling dumb, navigating, vignette, and routines in the night
i love all three of the ones already released but my favorite of them at the moment is backslide
IT'S LAVISH
I like the songs however alot of them on the album just make no since like the order of the songs just feel out of place alot of the times
PROCTOLOGY TIME
Like I had to re-order the album so it makes since and doesn't feel weird
- Overcompensate
- Navigating
- Next semester
- Routines in the night
- Vignette
- Midwest indigo
- Craving
- Lavish
- Backslide
- Snap back
- Oldies station
- At the risk of feeling dumb
- Paladin strait
Indigo, then routines, then navigating
Ok I'll try it
That's the one I struggled the most with doing
Ohhh
I love navigating, at the risk of feeling dumb, and Midwest indigo
9/10 album with some 10/10 songs. Absolutely love it, and is currently my favorite album
Vignette, Paladin Strait, and Routines in the Night are my top 3
vignette and ATROFD are my favourites, my favourite video is probably either the Vignette one or Next Semester (with an honourable mention to Overcompensate still)
Overcompensate / Lavish / ATROFD
vignette, next semester, and lavish are probably my favorite
lavish and routines in the night had the best videos imo
not my favs but it deserves the love snap back and lavish BABY
Routines and vignette are my favorites
Routines and snap back both fire songs and videos
Routines and Navigating both have insanely catchy choruses
not finished watching them all but routines was catchy af
I love Paladin Strait and The Craving! ❤️💛
the craving made me wanna cry 😭
I love Vignette, but At The Risk of Feeling Dumb was amazing, on the other hand my favorite music video was the one for Lavish because it was so silly
my top 4 are navigating, routines, sb, backslide
I cried actually 😭
Love the album. Navigating caught my interest from the start. Midwest Indigo was just such a fun video. I could feel how much fun they were having Tyler slipping everywhere. Tyler's dancing in Vignette made me laugh, and the ending was perfect! Can't wait to see the final video!
Lmao I don’t blame u it was soooo cute 😭
Truee, and I just hope I can get a man like Tyler 😔
@pearl tiger I just want Tyler! 🤣🤣
LOLLLL 😭
Tyler is meant to be with Jenna and I'm cool with it
Lol no it must be me!! I’m jk lol they are perfect for eachother
Real real
What really gets me though from the video is seeing everyone so young like the journey they’ve been thru 😭
Reminds me of old to sleep video
Anyway about this album, I LIKE ALL OF THE SONGS 🥺 Vignette is obviously my favorite among the new releases, the craving got me in tears bcs it's just too cute, Routines has a nice flow i think, at the risk of feeling dumb has interesting key and rhythm, paladin is amazing i can imagine the bandito and clancy come to dema, midwest indigo also has unique instrument, lavish is so goofy i like it, navigating is also nice, and the rest are good bro just.. AAAAA 🔥🔥🔥
YESS I'm happy that they made it this far 🥺
And you knowww we made it this farrr
Couldn’t help it haha
I know* 😭
It’s going to take me a while to choose a favorite song, but I like At the Risk of Feeling Dumb, Navigating, Routines in the Night, Vignette the most
navigating and overcompensate
VIGNETTE!!!!!!!🔥🔥🔥🔥
NEXT SEMESTER OR VIGNETTE
ROUTINES OF THE NIGHT MY BELOVED
vingette was the best song navagating was the best video
I liked the Lavish MV too
i love vignette so much
they're all so good, fave WAS backslide, but routines in the night and lavish are now tied for me.
i also love routines in the night
Palladin Strait is also up there
So I finally have had a chance to actually listen to the album through a couple of times.
Working through the music videos now though.
I think that Snap Back might be my fav track though?
Next semester has been my #1 on repeat
I am having a similar issue with this album that I had with Trench, wherein I don't dislike any of the songs. But also like... man none are really clicking.
Guys btw do you realize that the ending of navigating is similar to the beginning of next semester mv?
YES
It's actually the same
FINALLY
As soon as I heard the end of Nav I was like " wait a minute..."
Yeaa I was like "wait this sounds familiar to me"
I wanna know how this ties into the loreeeeeee
I have to listen to each song 756,832 more times before I can pick a favorite y’all they’re all too good 😭❤️
Because Navigating is a lore song (or at least the video is) and if that leads into Next Semester, how does it connect?? Cars have appeared in several top songs before, and features prominently in HDS mv...
Was Nico tryna run him over 😭
Ooohh hmm this is interesting 🤔
At The Risk Of Feeling Dumb kinda hits like “How to save a life” (the fray) and I adore it. It makes my heart feel so strongly- idk how else to put it I get really emotional
Yuppp it also feels like Friend Please
Absolutely. I couldn’t listen to that song for so many years because it hit too close to home. Time heals but wow songs like these just hit so hard, but I love it.
So glad he’s made another sort of PSA to be there for someone who needs it
Ikr I love how he's telling us, "hey check on your friends and make sure they're ok." Tyler out there takin care of us 🫶🏼
He always has. ❤️ I hope he gets what he needs out of Clancy. I know he wants to make it big again— hearing how bad he’s struggled with insecurity over his music just makes me want to scream out to him that we really love his music. It means so much to so many of us.
the album's grown on me with listening in the car, but it's still well below trench. Enough the surpass SAI and blurryface, about on par with vessel: both have flaws that hold them back from perfection in some way. For vessel it was a little too brash and aggressive, lacking nuance they would develop in the future. Clancy is the pendulum swinging the other way: extreme maturity that mellows things down somewhat. The highs are SO, SO GOOD, but alas, for me there are indeed skip tracks. Jenna's version should've been the separate single because it kills any momentum in the middle of the album. MI and RITN both suffer from bad starts, as the songs themselves are good but initially present as if they're gonna be repetitive pop trash, which they definitely aren't. The half of me that was hoping for a complete album to surpass trench is dissapointed, but the half of me that just wanted more good TOP music is satisfied with Overcompensate, NS, Backslide, RITN, Vignette, Navigating, and ATROFD to jam out to. rant over.
I saw some videos from the concert in Ohio tonight and hearing everybody scream their hearts out and go crazy for every song was amazing. I wanted to be there so bad just to feel the energy in that room
So excited to see them in Boston this fall
I think they should have switched out Jenna's version for the single version (even though I love Jenna's version) but the single version just matches the rest of the albums vibe better imo
hard agree
To be fair it comes down to taste - in terms of what “flavor” of tøp style we enjoy. For me personally, I see myself listening to more Clancy tracks than Trench because I “prefer” the sound. Of course I’ll listen all the albums to death as I have for years now, but I wouldn’t consider Clancy to be “well below” Trench imo
The messages are something to consider as well, beyond the sound itself. Clancy has such amazing and deep content much like Trench and its predecessors.
I love having music that makes you think 😭❤️
I think that's it's best strength, good ideas and concepts, it just feels like it's not taking itself seriously sometimes, and if it doesn't take itself seriously then why should we?
I should say I'm mainly pointing out flaws bc TOP is perfection by default and anything below that is due to articulable problems imo
I'm definitely with you on music that makes you think (neon gravestones is a fav) but I think they went overboard with it in some spots
like sure you can surmise the proctologist verse means getting screwed by the industry but that's a line of thinking I kinda wish we didn't have to go down to begin with
I really don't want to believe this but at some points in this album I get this vibe that they're kind of running out of stuff to sing about, new melodies over the same ideas
MI = hometown, ATROFD = friend please, I won't give the craving a hard time because You Know He Had To Do One On The Record For Her Like This (tho it still falls short of the other 3 imo)
clancy is like if blury and sai had a child but everyone thought that the child was trench when it actually wasnt
honestly, here’s my thoughts on clancy: the whole thing is a grower album. lets be honest here, nothing will surpass trench. it wasn’t just the songs themselves that puts trench as their opus album. the community that was brought together with the lore and decoding messages and clancy’s letters. and though it wasn’t polished, it was definitely something that gave trench that extra push and support from the fans. i feel experience wise clancy just wasn’t the same, and that’s okay. it took a couple of listens for the album to sink with me and it’s still a little fresh in my brain so i gotta give it a little more listens. it’s definitely mature, with what drewski’s saying, and maybe that’s what’s making it lose that fervor from some fans like myself, who places self titled as my second favorite. like at the beginning i was blinded by the boys and the music videos, not really paying attention to the songs themselves. after i listened to them without the vids, i felt sucked out of the album and it took me a while to get used to it.
i think all in all, clancy is it’s own thing. we shouldn’t try to be comparing it to trench because it’s not trench, it’s clancy. and whether people like it or not is up to them
Overcompensate makes sense as the first single since it's like, the clancy song
but you can't open the album with "welcome back to trench"
he overcompensates for the rest of the album being bad
at best ur setting people up for false expectations on vibes and at worst ur begging for mass disappointment because Trench is one of the best albums of all time by any artist
I think unironically overcompensate makes sense now
they created something intentionally shallow and now they've kinda gone off the deep end too far
completely disregarding popular opinion for being as genuine as possible
it's almost never just one or the other
Clancy is superior! And it’s really hard to choose a favorite. I have several 🥹
lyrics working both within and without lore context is why trench is peak
you’re treating trench like it has no flaws 😭
that’s very opinionated
I am sharing my opinion yes that's correct
Lavish and Routines in the Night
The lavish music video is hilarious
especially the NDA frame
idk bro, you’re treating it too harshly. by comparing it to trench, you’re only ruining the album for yourself
it’s not trench
they never said it was
the only indication is one line that can be taken in different ways
I'm saying opening the album with "welcome back to trench" was a mistake because it blatantly taunts the audience with "ooh boy we're gonna do trench again" when that's clearly not what they were going for (or at least I hope not)
again, you’re thinking way too much into it.
sure you can say it chalks up to lore but they know damn well their most acclaimed album is called Trench
yes they know that. but technically their biggest hit was with blurryface. you can say anything you want about how they wanted to “be like trench” with this album when they have never been like anything of their previous works, period. you cannot sit there and say that you actually expected them to redo trench when you know how this band is-
Trench had to grow on me 😁 I didnt really appreciate Bandito until I saw it live. Clancy is an instant like. It is a great album. It’s not Trench and nothing will ever be and that’s okay
I wouldn't have expected it at all if they chose a different 4 words to open the entire era
they chose “i am clancy” actually
First impressions mean a lot
Now to clarify, On relistens with a new mindset the album is much much better, but I still think they set the wrong expectations for a large portion of their audience
That is true. Overcompensate is a very different song from the rest of the album.
i’m not gonna lie to you and say that it was weird for me too, but this is why i didn’t compare clancy to trench in the first place bc i knew damn well they weren’t going to mimick it or have it sound similar. this album combines pieces from all of their past works and puts it in a bow. it wraps it well enough to be enjoyable and it’s a decent album. but like seriously, twenty one pilots??? making the same thing again??? that’s unheard of from these dudes
and by putting that expectation on yourself, it influences your opinion on it and makes you hate it instead of taking it for what it is. an album that they put out. i’m not saying you have to love it. hate it all you want. but stop comparing it to trench
I suppose that's a fair enough argument, but at that point you're kinda implying that we know them better than they do, which isn't necessarily wrong but also isn't exactly optimistic
yeah i feel like people were dissapointed in this album because they wanted another trench and they are upset its not the same, even tho all of their albumbs are unique
i’m just saying that they have never once put out music that are extremely canid to each other. even tyler’s early works are sonically so different
I wanna be clear I'm making a specific critique, I think if single 1 is Next Semester everything changes (tho the feasibility of that is questionable since Overcompensate brings Clancy to the forefront)
so it’s not about “we know them better” it’s “we should have expected this” since it’s happened before so many times and ty has stated himself that he can’t even put themselves in a genre with how much stuff they try
like 🤷♀️ idk man. i never even wanted a trench 2
Imma be real I wanted more SAI
so i’m actually glad they didn’t do a repeat
ngl i vibe w you on this
I think another major part of it is the legacy of SAI. I think "going back to trench" was a little more beliveable this time around because the previous album was very intentionally different for the sake of pushing a story. One could assume that Trench is their natural form and SAI was a deviation (because even if the first statement is false the second one isn't)
I don't think it's that crazy to think that with maturing TOP will eventually settle into something of a consistent sound, it's just clear that time is not now
that album is nothing like trench
i think the opposite, i think they will keep trying to find different ways to make it sounds completely different. its what theyve done for over a decade already
for that we’ll have to see. but again, people really need to stop comparing clancy to trench.
that’s my main staple here
I really want to drive home that I agree, trench and clancy shouldn't be compared, but I also think you can't blame people when they chose to open album with the most direct callback to trench possible
i think they call back to drive home the point that they are continuing the story, not that it's gonna be the same. i understand how some people wanted that though but i just think its unrealistic
With the right approach it's a great album, but the way they promoted the album killed a lot of first listens, that much I can say for sure
this.
i never took it as “welcome back to the sound of trench”
lmao
idk man, i just knew from the start that comparing it was bad juju
Hey, sorry to interrupt the conversation happening here, but I'm about to post a totally unrelated stance in chat, so I'm sorry about that 😭
Here's my opinion on the Clancy album:
Personally, my stance is that I like the album, but I feel like it doesn't really continue Clancy's story that much. I feel like most of the songs do not carry the same amount of weight in regards to lore as trench, which is perfectly fine, but it did disappoint me when I sat down and listened to all the songs in order. Maybe I am just misinterpreting most of the songs, but I feel like a lot of them are not about the dema story. The song that gave me the most story feeling was paladin strait, and quite honestly, sound wise, paladin strait isn't my favorite. I don't know, its just the weird minute long part of just birds chirping threw me off. This isn't to say that the song is bad, or even that the album is bad, it's just not what I was expecting.
Personally, in my eyes, I have to look at Clancy like how I looked at SAI. Don't get me wrong, I LOVED scaled and icy, but I loved it because it was its "own thing", and I didn't scrounge at lore. For Clancy, expected a similar experience as trench. Not sound wise ofc, but the signs of clear lore and story built into the lyrics. I don't know, maybe the album is just way too new for me to gasp any story elements from the music, but frankly I just feel like this album is just not the best at story telling. However, my thoughts may change in dew time.
As for my opinions on the sound of the album, I give it a 8/10. There were a few songs that did not land with me, but as I usually do with all songs, it will eventually get stuck in my head, them my opinion will change. My favorite songs from the album in order are At the Risk of feeling dumb, Routines of the night, Next Semester, and The Craving. At the Risk of Feeling Dumb gives me the same vibe (lyrically) as friend please, and I don't know why.
But, all in all, I don't dislike the album, but I have to say that it was not what I was expecting.
yeah same it never crossed my mind tbh 😭
Midwest Indigo is my favorite video because the dynamic between the boys is so fun, plus Jim Dun is the sweetest and Jenna + bro cameo is fire! 🔥
oh my god i agree w you story wise-
I think that's fine that you didn't, but a lot of people (and I argue the majority of people outside their core fanbase) did. His opinions are hardly relevant but look at fantanos Overcompensate reaction, he spends the whole video talking about how they're gonna do trench again
yea but that’s fantano
Right? I've struggled to find people who agree with me 😭
i love this take!
it’s so different for people like them to think of lore besides the album
they think how the song sounds first more than anything
which is fine
but with the lead up they had w the lore, i just pointed it more towards lore
yeah for me i was following more the story than the music itself, so i think thats why i liked this album a lot more
instead of how it’s going to sound
