yes it just all depends on the demand. do note that everything selling for a presale does not mean no more chance to get tickets, they usually allot a certain amount of tickets per presale or general on sale so that there's still stock to sell at those determined times

it's possible but also entirely depends on demand too, at the list there'll be third party resale available but if there's higher demand that resale market will be pricier. but last tour, some shows had batches of ga tickets released several times during tour leading up to those specific shows

this is much more likely to happen with GA than seats tho because once they sell a seat it's sold, whereas GA is just kind of this blob of area

now what does happen with seats is once they are practicing the show and they have the stage set up and finalized and everything, they will find out exactly what seats have obstructed views and what they feel fine selling

and then add tickets to the seatmap based on that

but those are usually going to be seat tickets on the sides or slightly obstructed on the further back side of the stage

so basically A presale is the sale of event tickets before the event actually goes on sale. To enter a presale, you’d need a code, which would have been sent to you on the day of the presale. You would go onto the site where the sale is occurring and when it starts, you need to input the code provided to you on the day of the presale. You will be led to a screen with a seating chart alongside a list of purchasable tickets at that moment. Please note that not all tickets will be available at that time. You will need to select the amount of tickets desired as well as the type of ticket desired, such as lower bowl seating or general admission/standing room. Once you select those tickets, be quick to proceed to the next screen: the checkout screen. You will need to ensure your payment information is entered correctly.
