ALSOOO im gonna be sappy here because none of my other friends get it:
yall i am trying to process that concert and i am still not over it (for reference of where i was, i was pretty close to josh when he popped up in the audience as torchbearer! like i was on an aisle seat and he was in the NEXT aisle, so maybe like 15-20 people away. but this was my 6th time seeing them (ive seen them on each tour since i got into them in 2017). i was 12 or 13 when i first got into them and now im turnign 21 in less than a month. clancy is really special to me because i find a lot of it relatable to some mental health struggles. oldies station has recently REALLY resonated with me. trigger warning for some more intense mental health stuff ||i am roughly one year and one month clean from sh.|| (if you dont want to read, basically a little over a year ago i wasnt doing very well). and, at least to me, that song is about noticing the little ways youre getting better. things may not be perfect, but you push through. and hearing it live RIGHT AFTER HE TALKED ABOUT HOW WE WERE THE BEST AUDIENCE ON TOUR AND SAID THAT OLDIES STATION IS FOR THE FANS i dont cry easily but perhaps i cried then :D and then kept crying through fake you out and guns for hands until i started laughing at how weird The Boys were during lavish

Well since we are all sharing, I started listening to the band right before the release of blurryface. I fell in love instantly. Twenty one pilots has helped me through a lot of struggles I’ve had with my depression. But here’s what I did not notice. I listened to them all the time, and my little brother quickly took a liking to them too! When he was diagnosed with cancer at 4 years old, listening to blurryface helped him through it. Many times as soon as he got into the bed to get his treatments he’d say “lane boy, please!”

Oldies station reminds me of all that my brother and I have gone through and the hard parts of life we will continue to navigate through. When oldies station played last night we had some tears. Especially when Tyler sings “you’ve got it down that old fight for survival, push on through.”

My brother survived his cancer, I continue survive my depression. We push on through together no matter how far apart we live from each other. Last night was exactly what we needed and we can’t wait for the next tour

i still haven’t fully processed last night. it was the first time since 2016 that my whole family went to a tøp show. even though ticket master fucked us over in terms of seating, it was still everything i could’ve hoped it to be. the night before the show, my sister asked if i wanted to swap places with her bf cus she had two pit tickets, which i accepted. unfortunately though, i got too anxious as soon as the opener was done and more people started to gather around. at least i was able to switch back to the seats.

i’m still grateful for what came of it, and that i at least tried to be on the floor as i am trying to get over social anxiety and all that annoying bs.

it truly was an unforgettable experience and i hope everyone had a good time as well! i still find it crazy how they said that AZ was their favorite so far *5 times in a row! what tf makes us so special 🤣

So this was my first twenty one pilots concert. Listened to them off and on over the years and then I found Paladin Strait on the MTV Live channel that plays music videos at like 2 in the morning a few weeks ago. I was like whoa hang on this is mind blowing.

I always do Az (I'm from here) that's the only time I did an out of state concert since takeover was limited and it happened to land on a week I was already on vacation 😅 but the energy was wonderful! (The best was bandito tour in az)

there have been so many times that i was in a section that didnt really get confetti (literally almost every concert, just bad luck). i have always gone and tried to find some, but couldnt because it was all in the pit and i couldnt get down there. EVERY TIME someone from the pit would notice i didnt have any and give me a massive handful. it's so sweet

this show i was in a section that didnt get any, but the section right next to me got a TONNNN (i was one aisle away from where josh popped up as torchbearer, and in that aisle was a ton of confetti)
