Yes. I made sure to not be high fiving anyone which I have seen MANY do and with security too and that’s one risk I can’t take when you can’t wash your hands every 5 minutes

there are so many different strains going around now that you basically dont really have any immunity against ://

everyone getting sick, pls do nasal rinses and take zinc!!

zinc will be best right after you eat so your stomach doesn't get upset

but you'll wanna flush yourself out as much as possible so nasal rinses like a netipot or something, clean air (just have a window open and a fan blowing through), and lots of hydration will be best to avoid getting too sick

the viral load you have/replication rate plays a big role in how sick you get
