You would need to get in touch with the tour regarding how their security will identify a line or the line. Here is the information we have. Enjoy the show.

At 8am the morning of the show (or the earliest time the venue allows a line to form if after 8am) Twenty One Pilots touring security will hand out numbered wristbands to the first 500 fans that line up according to these regulations.
The distribution will take place at the Atlantic Avenue Entrance to Barclays Center. Camping or blocking NYC sidewalks is prohibited.
Per the band, those in the first 500 with a wristband are then “encouraged to use this time to grab lunch, hydrate and rest up for the show”, before the queue line is re-formed at approximately 2pm, using the wristband number system.
Any wristbands tampered with, will go to the back of the GA line.
