My train was a bit delayed too, but only by like, 15 minutes

I took the train from Hamburg to Copenhagen and then a local train home ✨

Hi hi! Do you know what time people started lining up? I have a show in Italy and I’m trying to gauge what time I should be there

People lined up 4 days prior already but most lined up the day of the show in the early hours
We came at 6:20am and got 196 and 197 so it was really close

But this can differentiate between countries and also please keep in mind the laws of the country and rules of the venue

it's different cuz all poland wristbands were handed out at 8am, in Hamburg not even all 500 were handed out by 10am

the regular line is less crazy id assume. people line up crazy early for the wristbands for the first 500. but i was in Hamburg 2 hours before doors opening and was practically at the front

Oh! I have a quick question

Have any of you used basic foam earplugs at a rock concert like this one?

I bought fancier concert earplugs for the last tour and they were too big for me to wear (small ears). Even with their smallest size I couldn’t wear them.

I’ve used foam earplugs at F1 car shows where the engine is INSANELY loud and they worked so well

I’m just worried if it’s enough when you’re up close at a concert and surrounded by screaming fans

I personally always use those basic foam Ohropax, since I brought some strong tinnitus back home after standing directly under some huge PA boxes 😅

pro: it's never too loud or something, plus you can understand yourself better as well as others while talking to them in a loud environment

only con-aspect that soon came to me was that the sound in general appears a bit...like damped or subdued, but I personally haven't found this as disturbing for myself and the hearing experience

so it mostly depends on your personal wishes and all, but overall I'd always recommend those

Thank you! That’s reassuring. I rather protect my hearing tbh. After years of loud rock/metal in my earbuds directly, I feel more sensitive to sound and high pitches.

I just want something that will actually protect my hearing and none of the fancier earplugs stay put 😭 I was nervous the foam wouldn’t be enough

i prefer the Loop earbuds over the foam ones, but they both work. I used foam ones when i was younger back during hockenheim f1 in 2019 and my ears still work haha

sometimes there are production-related releases some time before the concert (e.g. technical reasons or when not as many guestlists would be there as planned), which then go on sale...so I got really good seats in the ranks like a week before the concert...you might try your luck on that matter

For this exact reason I had struggle at concert day cuz I would have had to buy two SH tickets at certain times for those to count. One on the Monday afternoon and one on the Tuesday morning which only would have worked after 3am or something. So I bought one way tickets and on Tuesday I couldn't even buy it in the app cuz the line didn't exist lol. After all that I barely got below the Germany ticket price as well. Train so confusing
