I‘ve been to a bunch of concerts in the Stadthalle and they do it differently every time: sometimes they hand them out an hour before the show, sometimes earlier, sometimes even in the Stadthalle at the entrance to the pit/golden circle area. However, if you‘ve got a spot in the line and aren‘t there, you can tell other in the line to get a bracelet for you. So please don‘t worry about going to the restrooms or getting something to eat!!

Half of the standing tickets say north, half of them süd but in my experience you can go through either of the two entries - they just do half half so that people spread out equally. Inside it‘s the same distance from both entrance to the stage
