Stay hydreated and bring cash to buy water. Even if it's an illegal reseller inside the venue. Check the bottle is sealed, but stay hydrated.
Last time the situation got dramatic, to the point the staff started giving out bottles for free but we were so many and ppl were fainting.

Have any of you used basic foam earplugs at a rock concert like this one?

I bought fancier concert earplugs for the last tour and they were too big for me to wear (small ears). Even with their smallest size I couldn’t wear them.

I’ve used foam earplugs at F1 car shows where the engine is INSANELY loud and they worked so well

I’m just worried if it’s enough when you’re up close at a concert and surrounded by screaming fans

I went to a Green day concert in the beginning of the year, and I have fancy ear plugs but I ended up not wearing them the whole time. I kept taking them in and out depending on the songs etc

I generally can't stand loud noises but Hamburg was okay as a concert for me I didn't need any earplugs which surprised me

I wasn't at the pit though

I use Flare Calmer earplugs to help me as I find loud noises overwhelming, they're great cos you can still hear the gig perfectly well. I've tried Loop earplugs but they block out too much for me - maybe they'd suit you though? Otherwise yeah just foam ones are an option! Many venues hand them out for free

Also, I'd love to trade some bracelets! 🙂

I use the smallest Loop Experience plugs and they work great for me. I’ve tried foam ones too, but they muffle things too much. I usually recommend plugs for the front pit. They help me with not feeling overwhelmed with all the chaos and noise going on before the show. Foam can work, but it really depends on the sound mix. Last night was solid, I could hear everything fine. Plus, I don’t sing or yell as loud since I can hear myself better, so no sore throat after 😇

Sort of! My family live here. Have a walk around the Fontana di Nettuno square, lots of lovely streets around there. The weather is a bit hit and miss but if u get a sunny moment, go to one of the parks like giardini margherita.

Honestly the 8AM wristbands are great in terms of the people who camp either way get a break and don’t pass out during the show, fan lines will always happen no matter what (unless the start giving out randomized numbers for the line) and not honoring them would just create huge chaos because some fans would get crazy upset. So the 8am wristbands have been nice. Just check in systems are BS

No you will definitely not be allowed to bring a powerbank or bag larger than A4 into the venue. It says so on the venue website and tbh it's pretty standard safety regs in other countries too. They will give you a sack to hold the rest of your items. And there is a price for all this

If you are able to, try get a smaller bag so you can just check the big bag into the cloakroom and still have a lil bag for your essentials 🙂
