I personally think they did good enough because its not easy. not doing fanlines only creates bigger issues because everyone shows up at the same time then, chaos happens etc. there weren't 100 people before like 4-5am anyway and allowing people to come back at 5am gave people the opportunity to not camp and go sleep in a hotel or whatever. also the line leaders put themselves in a position where they kept the line alive as they were the only ones allowed there.
