B stage barrier tends to get filled quickly by the wristbands, usually they get given out between 8 and 10am and ran out in Birmingham around 10:30 I think

Not necessarily - depends on where security are lining people up! Normally for the O2 they snake you around the barriers that are normally for merch at the front of the arena as that doesn’t open until much later!

Well, you 100% need to take your ID with you, that I can say for a fact. May differs in London though how they'll let you in. Try AXS app as well, as all my tickets for London are there, not in O2 app. Maybe it'll work better for you

I've seen some people say they've had trouble seeing their tickets for the London shows or getting the O2 venue app to work so I've listed some things below that might help:

• 1. Disable a VPN If you use one, the O2 app doesn't work for me when I have it on
• 2. When it asks you where you purchased the tickets make sure to tap the right option. Ticketmaster would be the 'Another Website' option
• 3. Sign up for the O2 Venue App with the same email you used when you bought the tickets
• 4. On the 'Access and transfer your tickets' page tap sign up (not sign in) and again use the same email, this is for an AXS account which I believe is separate from the O2 app account. Unfortunately the O2 app doesn't make it clear you need to do this
• 5. If you're transferring tickets make sure to enter the exact information that you or they used
• 6. For FPE tickets open the confirmation email when you first bought them, scroll to the bottom and download or save the pdf file. I'm not 100% sure if this is the actual ticket but keep it ready just in case
• 7. Have both confirmation emails ready to show too just in case you need them (favourite or mark them as important in your email app)

Also if you didn't get it then this is the email from the FPE team from the other day, just keep in mind that the check in section might not be the same for everyone

trying to sign in again with the account made for the app doesn't work

which is probably why the app has so many negative reviews

yeah ano I don't think that will work so what cha gotta do is download the 02 app and create an account with the email you used for ticketmaster, you'll then be asked to create an AXS account. Keep the emails the same and then you should get your tickets

Here's a slightly remember that the security won't care about this order, so a non official bracelet won't assure you to have the same number in the actual queue. Please consider this, take care of you and rest for the show. <3

Seconding this and I can almost guarantee you’ll have a better time if you can actually stay awake and stand up straight for the show vs being camped outside for days beforehand to be at the front barricade when there are sooo many good places to stand.
