I sent an email to O2 a few days ago asking questions about accessibility and which tickets I'd need to buy and they just said "we deal with these matters over the phone" (which is kinda shitty for an accessibility service?) anyway I just got off the phone and actually they could have just emailed me because it took 2 minutes for them to answer my questions!
