The main reason I think it's not part of a tracklist is "Do You Feel At Home?" and "Is This Really You?" both being titles feels really far-fetched to me. And not in a "The Craving is a weird title" way. It's like, for one thing, they've never had titles like that before; usually when other people don't believe certain track titles I'm less skeptical because I've seen how weird they can be. Two related questions as titles is a completely different vibe than they've ever had. And relatedly, it's like an occam's razor thing. They sound like questions being asked, so I think the most reasonable assumption unless proven otherwise is that that's what they are
