I’m not disappointed by the tribute album but I do think from a technical sense of fan cross over it’s big enough to be the “thing” that’s been teased for the 10th anniversary. Rock sound announces it. The boys then start releasing which artist gets which song over the course of today and tomorrow.

Just not what I expected is all.

Maybe just MAYBE this IS BFX and that’s what allows us to get something more Clancy adjacent as well for the actual finale

Paramore did one for This Is Why and last year Talking Heads did a Stop Making Sense tribute album which both feature a range of wildly different artists doing interpretations of songs. Should be fun.
