What if the end of everything ends up being Goner, him needing help to take Blurry out, wanting to be known and saved
It honestly almost feels like a cry for help from Clancy directly to the Banditos

I don't think the storyline will loop back to Goner. Tyler doesn't like reusing older music in newer music too heavily - the Bandito interlude is the only primary example I can think of when it comes to that. Also, that would be such a defeating way to conclude the story. Clancy's themes of rebellion, progress, and resolve would all be squashed by going back to beginning like that.
