the level of entitlement in this fanbase is getting to a point, there should never be an expectation for two men to leave their families for months on end to put on a show for the world. Even if it was their decision, there is certainly a difference between being disappointed and being angry. There is no need to blame anybody for anything, there was no wrong-doing, there was never an expectation for a world tour. The lore is not ending live, the lore is ending with City Walls, they are not "excluding" a group of people from experiencing the end of the story, everyone will experience the story on september 12th.

Tyler goes out of his way to make sure that there is not lore during concerts that fans are missing out on, take the clancy world tour and his tweet for example.

Me personally, really thought the lore will go out with a bang and a EU leg in 2026, then a break afterwards and I think I'm not the only one who thought about this. I think most of us are disappointed, because a lot of us all year look forward to hear this band live and have fun with other fans. People like to say this a lot but I don't agree. This is their job, as a huge band with a platform sustained by the fans I think they do owe it to them to be good stewards of that fanbase. That's a vague thing, and it doesn't mean they have to go out of their way to do everything for the fans or throw away their happiness and wellbeing. But it does mean they ought to hold themselves to a certain standard of communication and integrity. Do they have to do that? No, they don't have to do anything. But I would definitely fault them if they fell into consistent patterns of exploiting the fanbase, for example, not that that's happening. There are much milder examples where I think they could mishandle things, or even have. And it's not wrong for people to acknowledge that and expect them to do better. They have a wildly successful career and influence on a lot of people, and it's important for them to acknowledge that and handle it well

Tour organization takes a lot of time. Dates are usually at least sketched out a year or so ahead of time, though they can be a bit flexable up to a few months beforehand. The planning of all of the crew, visuals, stage setup, transporation, setlist, etc. for a tour of the scale they've been doing takes at least a year and sometimes longer

The sentence that "other than a few festivals..." makes me think that we might get a small festival tour, with a few festivals maybe EU, LATAM, NA and stuff. This would literally satisfy fans with some content from them, let them rest for majority of the year, and then think of a bigger headliner tour in 2027?
