Okay so I am really obsessed with that 5 second “leak” that was uploaded to youtube. Kind of weird that somebody made an account with a randomly generated username just to upload it. HOWEVER, I really liked the sound of it so I tried to have AI generate the rest of the song, to see what it would sound like. And despite feeding the AI the original clip and The Contrsct, I was not able to produce anything anywhere similar to Twenty One Pilots, even after spending 40 minutes prompt engineering work some pretty high quality stuff. It did make good songs but nothing tyler joseph would ever create. So my conclusion is either:

A) The leak is real
B) The fake leaker has wayy too much time on their hands.

The thing is, there have been a couple AI “leaks” circulating during this time but none had voice, only instruments. And the voice sounds similar to him.

I’m not saying it’s a super likely thing, I don’t think it is likely. because my mind would be blown of a song called “Do you feel at home?” came out and the chorus is “I know I’m not at home”

Here’s what I’m thinking. Usually leakers (real or fake) post things on their already well known socials to gain even more traction. There’s this guy on tiktok, I don’t know his @, but he kept saying he had a “contract leak” and would post it repeatedly on his tiktok but it was just his own music he was calling a leak for popularity. However, a brand new account was made for this video and it doesn’t even have hashtags or anything, it’s like it’s just there.

It’s also way too short of a clip to get automatically taken down and it likely hasn’t been seen by enough people for FBR or any copyright holder to have been able to take notice in it and take it down if it had been seen.

I personally don’t find it likely that it’s real, but I really do hope it does and I think it has a non-zero chance of being real.

IMO it would’ve been MUCH better for them to open with a double single rather than at the end. Mainly due to the fact that the double release for jumpsuit and NATN worked really well and I think it would’ve made more sense rollout wise. Would’ve kinda justified the silence.

this why for me it’s been the best lead single since jumpsuit cause i love how they mixed the gritty modern alt rock with some elements of their older sound and adding some new elements

and the guitar adds a lot

I went to ERS but honestly paid less attention in the BF era to the point I didn’t really know a hiatus happened haha

It’s a fine album. I just felt it less honest than vessel

and also blurryface is kinda the album where they went back to trying to make alt rock after self titled with the more electro pop infused songs in rab and vessel so i’m thankful for it cause if it wasn’t for bf we wouldn’t have gotten to the kinda alt rock sound they ended up with

we can like it or not but blurryface was the biggest selling arguably rock album of the streaming era for the longest time
