My reasoning is this:

1. The initial VK leak with the setlist was right about the cover art and overcompensate.
2. The same VK source correctly leaked SAI and Blurryface previously.
3. The Qobuz site pulls up the songs if you search them. Someone claimed anyone could upload there, but how would someone make the songs lead to nowhere the way they do? The songs link back to the official artist page it seems.

So, in conclusion, I think it’s real.
