In this epic upcoming battle of Clancy/Banditos vs Dema/Bishops, my theory is that Clancy will die, and in fact he must die in order to free Dema of Nico and the Bishops.

“We’ll win but not everyone will get out, no no” - Nico & the Niners.

“Cause sometimes to stay alive you gotta kill your mind.” - Migraine

Either Nico & Clancy have a truce, where Dema is freed from the bishops, but Clancy has to die in order to give up his power that only the bishops should have, or he dies in the “battle.”

However, I don’t think Tyler wants the story to end with his death, so I think there will be a twist.

Maybe Ned reappears to give Tyler some chlorine and he is reborn, but without the power. This fits with a Phoenix theme as well which is one theory for the new album. (Phoenix/rebirth etc).

TLDR: Clancy dies to free Dema of the Bishops but is reborn without the power of Seizing, as a normal citizen.

As a normal citizen…as just Tyler. And now future albums can be made with “Clancy” being properly put to rest.

This makes sense, plus I have heard rumors that the boys want this album to be the ending of their current lore/storyline ... (but not sure if that's 100% true)

Plus chlorine is a cleansing agent, so there could be related symbolism to that as a tool for rebirth/renewal.

I just thought this might be connected as well to this idea in which we need to understand that Clancy will die but we cannot mourn his lost…
Now it also connects to the idea of Clancy being a higher concept and Tyler is the one embodying him atm— you’ll move onto someone else

What if Clancy is invited to become a bishop but decides to sacrifice himself bringing the entirety of the nine with him, and then rises from the ashes like a Phoenix?
