Like AG radar while on the ground? or not moving the cursor with the TDC?

assuming it's just the cursor moving, you might need a deadzone on your TDC axis

It also may be that the cursor is remaining on the same spot over the ground in AG radar mode, but that doesn't sound like the issue you're having

Deadzones don't help, I set them to max and it still moves
