What's your objective with finding developers? I'm interested. However, usually when companies look for juniors, they're interested in getting talent to promote--but this is 2-3 hours which makes me wonder what you're looking for. What's the situation here?

bummer, i have over 10 years of elixir experience and haven't been able to land a job for over 6 months. I was going to take him up on a few hours of low pay work.
