Most of you probably know us from Elixir Slack or various other social channels but I just wanted to give a quick reminder of who we are & the services we offer
I'm @proper plover, I began recruiting for Erlang in 2014 before expanding to cover Elixir as it rose to prominence around 2016.
After some encouragement from contacts within the market I decided to create my own company focused solely on placing BEAM enthusiasts, nearly 3 years on we've built up a network of great candidates & clients that are heavily invested in Erlang and/or Elixir.
We offer the following:
- Contingent sourcing services, we listen to your requirements & find candidates to match. You won't pay us a penny unless you hire one of our candidates.
- Market knowledge including but not limited to: writing job descriptions, salary/budget recommendations, advice on remote hiring, interview processes,
- A personal approach to finding your next opportunity, we present jobs that fit your preferences, often our candidates have 4/5 opportunities to choose from & find themselves with multiple offers at the end of the process
