So in the new trailer for Ted Season 2, this set caught my eye and the reason why it did is because it looks so, weird? Now I've been to Universal Studios dozens of times so I could tell that this is on one of their city sets, but I thought they would've done something to make it come to life, but it looks exactly like it does when you visit it. What could they have done in order to make it look better

It's clearly a stage, and they didn't dirty it up enough. No random spots of gum, no pigeons walking about, the windows being greyed out makes it look like a facade
