it will be like 80% less skin showing, but the costume is doable
Pedro will probably be saddened by the news
everyone is saddened by that news
Lol
Vanessa Kirby with the OG Sue Storm, Rebecca Staab
not sue defeating galactus with her face card i-
i donāt understand how her powers work what does she use to push galactus i thought her power was to only be invisible
Oh no.. she can create force fields as well and she used that to push Galactus
Looking back, now that I processed the movie, I realised, galactus didn't necessarily need to walk to the baby.
- Cause he was able to levitate silver surfer with ease back when she showed sign of disagreement.
- His ship got a retractor beam.
These are power inconsistencies within the rules of the movie.
A being like Galactus is too capable to "realistically" loose against the F4. Escaping his ship should have been impossible.
Yeah but him walking in the city looks cool as fuck
fantastic four dropping way worse in its own second weekend than superman is not something i would've had on my bingo card
At the end, it is possible that Superman may make more than FF which is just crazy
Like, I don't think there's strong international audience for FF which is not well known and marvel brand has taken a hit internationally also..
- he embedded those powers into her, essentially like an extension of himself, so his influence of her was near total
- true
Thatās the case for both Superman and FF. The former is doing well domestically, while the latter isnāt performing well domestically either.
Overseas, there isnāt much craze for CBMs aside few IPs.
But you did say marvel brand was huge internationally compared to DC though
I thought the Baby Franklin was going to be a early iteration of Galactus and therefore the older Galactus needed to get Franklin. But I'm not really into Comic book lore I remembered reading that Franklin was a powerful character
Oh no no.. Baby Franklin in comics is a very powerful character, a mutant as well but in this movie he's shown to possess power cosmic which Galactus thinks makes him his successor
In a way it is, but people only seem to be interested in select IPs now.
Like Spider-Man, Avengers, Deadpool, Wolverine and Black Panther
Yes exactly.. Marvel brand isn't what it used to be.. like before people would watch almost any MCU movies but now they are selective like I think Spiderman will do great next year internationally
Same for Avengers as well
Thor: L&T also made money despite being shit.
That was a bad movie I agree but it's Thor character
They still have more IPs compared to DC, which is proven to be successful
I still think FF will at least cross Thunderbolts box office
FF is crossing that.
Ya
Yeah I know all that. The movie was pretty simple to follow though I didn't quite buy Pedro Pascal as Reed, though he was good I would have liked to see someone like Cillian Murphy, or maybe Jamie Dornan
Fair, for me I didn't mind Pedro as Reed.
it prolly will , with that 'summer movie' trend
I doubt they will make a sequel for this. The audience didnāt turn up for an actual solid MCU movie.
Thunderbolts is understandable because people arenāt familiar with the team, but this one is weird.
Too soon to tell and we are gonna see them again in both Avengers movies and I do believe we will get a sequel but it is set in main MCU Earth
overthought that, but i dont hate that idea
this isnt Fantasticheimer
No, I don't mind Pedro either I just was thinking thoughts
cillian deserves better than a comic book movie
Pedro was a good Reed
best reed so far
Cillian Murphy doesnāt seem to be the type of actor who would do a MCU movie.
or the current dc, hes way to sophisticated and soft spoken now, I would love to see him get a roll like Daniel Day Lewis in there will be blood, which honestly was probably just his oppenhiemer
he would have take a serious left turn career wise to go comic book movie imo
now that im thinking it
he could be "the question"
I mean, Cilian was Scarecrow in Nolan Batman movies.. if there's a good role for him, I think he will do an MCU movie as well
The Question doesn't have a face.. I doubt Cilian would be playing such a character
That'd not how it works.
Working for Nolan isnāt the same as acting in an MCU movie. Murphy probably only agreed to do the Batman films because Nolan was involved.
If you look at his filmography, youāll realise heās a picky actor.
Let's wait and see, a lot of actors just do it for the money too. I mean look at Harrison Ford.
Harrison Ford definitely did it for the money
Yeah and Murphy isnāt that lol. Harrison Ford was literally a superstar and is a well known commerical oriented actor.
He didn't phone it in though, he was great in BNW
It was cool to see Red Hulk action
Next what? Daniel Day-Lewis will do a MCU movie
Again.. if the part is good I don't think Murphy would be opposed to doing a role in MCU.
Again, youāre talking bs as usual
That's definitely not happening
You assume a lot
He already played a comicbook villain
He auditioned for Batman too btw
I've seen those tapes
Played a comic book villain in a Nolan movie, which is stylistically different from other superhero movies lol.
Still a comicbook movie
Except itās different from MCU movies which doesnāt carry the same prestige as TDK trilogy. You assume a lot
Doesn't matter which director is involved, if a movie involves a comicbook character that's a comicbook movie
TDK trilogy is more like a crime drama than your usual superhero movie.
He wonāt btw
Well, you also assumed that FF was gonna make so much than Superman .
Probably not but I can't rule it out
It does actually. Murphy only acted in those movies because Nolan was involved. TDK trilogy wasnāt your usual bunch of superhero movies either and it was taken more seriously.
Marvel isnāt an attractive prospect for actors at this point - it can be an easy payday, but youāre signing on to shoot on-and-off for months of production and reshoots, for diminishing box office and public reception
Itās just not what it was
The attractive prospect was the profile boost and fairly easy money
Both are gone now
Itās different. Cillian Murphy is a thespian and he wouldnāt star in something like MCU.
He barely does franchise films, let alone superhero movies.
True but even if Murphy were to play a role it would be for a single movie just like Cate Blancett or Harrison Ford.. I agree there's zero sense of him playing a character in many MCU movies
Ford has always been blockbuster friendly and Blanchett did it while these things were lucrative
Murphy is also the guy who spent years doing Peaky Blinders cos it meant he could stay near home
He's coming back for 28 years later movies
Let's wait and see.. He's just 49 years old right now...plenty of time left
Him coming back for 28 years doesnāt change that. Just have a look at his filmography and tell me how many franchise films he did
And again, he auditioned for Batman
Those arenāt really franchise films tbf - thereās proper craft and art in those ones
We are so back, the OGs arguing on the internet again
Idk what Donnie's stance is but its stupid af
How is that relevant?
Because MCU is also a superhero franchise
MCU isnāt TDK trilogy, you clown
Itās not the same franchise neither are they stylistically similar
And again, even I would say that Murphy won't play a recurring role in MCU.. it would be in a single movie
You have been wrong about lots of things recently..
Saying FF is gonna crush Superman
Have I lol? Only the F4 box office run
Donāt mind Don, heās very right wing
Ya you were super confident
Which says a lot
Even then I admitted I was wrong. You donāt admit your mistakes at all.
this is a top 10 film of this year
I wasn't saying F4 is gonna crush Superman
holy fuck
It isnāt a Top 30 film of the year Iām ngl
Ya.. Great movie
Have you even watched that many movies this year?
Ye Iāve watched like 60 bby
I don't recall too many good movies in the theatres
This year
So itās almost a compliment to be Top 40
Love you pawsin, but š¤
60 newly released 2025 movies ?
Ye
Whatās your favourite ones so far?
I've only see 18 this year
For box office ya
None of these are like "good" movies
Loudest incorrect buzzer
thats crazy bro
Mission Impossible is closest but yeah itās unfortunately the weakest of the last few years
Most of those are rough
Sinners obviously, Superman, F4, F1, MI The final reckoning, Final destination Bloodlines, Ballerina
I think sinners was- yeah
In your opinion
Prolly the best one I've seen in theatres, and even that one was only aight
F1 is peak
Sinners and 28 Years Later are fab, the two great big budget flicks this year Iād say
F1 was funny but pretty crappy
28 Years Later was so good
I liked 28's starting bits but the tonal shifts were a little much for me
F1 is a perfect movie and i will glaze it until the day i die
See Iām lucky in that the second half was much more my thing
Sinners was pretty solid
The first half was def inspired, alot of thematic artistry with the low frames and horror shots but gradually worsened as they rebranded the vibes
Yes.. what are your favourites?
Yeah I mean it wasnt bad but for me it felt out of place
Like it wasnt the direction that was set up before
And the ending was just, something else entirely
Itās got me excited for Part 2
Something very original and gets you hooked
Could still fall on its face
But Iām going with it for now
Pedro Pascal is not the main lead in #AvengersDoomsday but has an 'integral role'
ļøļø
ļøļø(via @Variety)
The ending would've played better as a post-credits scene
I think for Sinners and 28, both I felt more entranced at the first bits; less so with Sinners cause it did stay on course
Inside whispers say that Hemsworth is the main lead after Downey
I prefer 28YL over Sinners
Oh you're talking about 28 Years
I was so confused, like this is the F4 channel what
Lol
I love Thor so hell yeah
Who's the leader of Avengers btw?
Movies tend to cross over innit
Simu Liu
We don't know
Love & thunder kinda wrapped Thor up...
Doomsday has such a tough job setting up RDJ Doom.. F4 gave us a hint but not enough
Bad movie but he is at his endpiint no
Thor needs to go out on a good movie
Probably Sam Cap
No chance esp after brave new world flopped badly
Ohhh
Brave new world was such garbo
My expectation rn is that Doomsday is gonna have a big main character problem - Infinity War/Endgame was all anchored around RDJ and Evans, but thereās no equivalent this time.
Tom Holland is the closest, but heās barely available to shoot and based on the filming schedule it seems like they have no idea who they even have access to week-to-week
Ballerina, yeah I fucked with that film; hot lead, violence, synthwave, but thats my thing
I think the film is gonna have a massive character issue there
Yeah the momentum is def not there
Thunderbolts meeting the Fantastic Four and Sam Wilson vs the X-Men arenāt exactly stories with ten years of weight behind them lol
Thor meeting the Guardians meant more cos people cared about all of those characters
And had history with them
The pedro casting didn't help, i heard he wanted to do a transatlantic accent but studio said no
So one of the leads was left quiet a bland character for the movie
Plus newer characters like Shang chi weren't even given a sequel..
Nah.. he was good in F4
Are we calling that new š
Plus newer characters like Shang-Chi were cast poorly and have no fanbase
Cos Simu Liu is a charisma black hole
Pedro ain't the problem.. the problem is that unlike first 3 phases.. MCU didn't have a proper plan going forward and it was disjointed.. and once Kang was not working they had to pivot to Doom quickly
Felt like anyone coulda done that role
Disagree.. Shang chi was a fantastic movie imo and I like Simu's portrayal.. we just never saw him again
Come on.. not anyone
Paws no offence but youāve gotta raise your standards for movies
Shang chi was beloved by not just me.. a lot of people loved it
Are they in the room with us now
Hence that director is now in charge of a new spider man movie I believe
See RT and other ratings
Also cinemascore
Hmm
It was one of the best post endgame movies imo.. far superior than Thor Love and thunder nonsense or Brave new world or Ant man 3
i rate that movie mid even tho i didnt see it
It had an A
Then you can't rate it.. Can you?
Shang-Chi was a decent flick. The movie arguably had the best action in the MCU.
The action was great
Itās generously the seventh best post-Endgame
And most of them have been crap since Endgame
Nah
What were the best ones since endgame
- Guardians Of The Galaxy 3
- Black Panther 2
- Doctor Strange 2
- Thunderbolts*
- Spider-Man: Far From Home
- Fantastic Four
- Shang-Chi
Ohhh yeah gotg
Right ik, and id say for obvious reasons
Not.. No way home ?
I felt like that was the one with the least interference, where the writer/director had a clear vision of what he wanted to do
God no
I loved that movie
Some of the worst green screens in the business, no plot and full of these weird pauses where youāre meant to clap (which are so weird watching at home)
The movie literally stops so you can cheer at it
4 or 5 times
For me it is
- GoTG Vol 3
- Spiderman NWH
- Deadpool and Wolverine
- Fantastic 4
- Shang chi
- Thunderbolts
- Spiderman Far from Home
Yes.. I loved F4 that much
Yeah, one of the best MCU films.
For me Deadpool 3 is in the bottom 5
I love F4 a lot too
Ans Guardians obviously is my favourite
Deadpool & Wolverine was the first time I really felt like I was seeing the superhero movie die
Nah
D&W was mediocre
Super profitable but creatively dead and buried
D and W was a fun movie
I wasnāt
It's all subjective but D and W was a lot for me.. watched it 3 times in theatres as well
I liked it, but i expected steaming horseshit anyway considering it was a superhero movie
went in expecting*
Maybe that's because I am a huge Hugh jackman fan as wolverine
Itās more of a guilty pleasure type of film.
I think itās sad how many of these things just donāt have to look like movies anymore
what u mean
I was super excited about Doctor strange 2 and while I liked it a lot, I was disappointed a little
They put a camera on the far wall and add everything digitally in post
Well.. these are movies
They look like commercials now, not creative works
Nah
Shawn Levy has never aimed a camera at an interesting angle in his life
Boring flat wides
Disagree
It connected to Loki feel in a way that isnāt just random, they also brought in concept of nexus beingsā¦etc
Dazzle me with some shots from Deadpool so
Absolutely it did.. TVA was used well there
All a matter of opinion but I wouldn't say a movie that I disliked is not a movie
itās def a fan service(y) but other plot points in the movie are interesting and push overall MCU narrative forward
That's ridiculous.. come on
(Assuming nexus beings end up being important)
Thereās lots of movies I dislike that are movies fwiw
It's basic trolling now
But Deadpool 3 is a poorly shot toy machine
The colours š¤Æ
No problem with me
Remember when people unironically tried to say this looked like Mad Max
Cant we all just shit on eachothers preferred films without taking it personally like the good old days š
When did yall turn into neckbeards
Idk why people take billion dollar blockbusters personally
Deadass
not to mention Ryan Renolds saved Feige ass. people were getting fed up with the quality of the mcu and this ārejuvenatedā interest among casuals, and nostalgia watchers.
I got chased out of the invincible cartoon chat room some while back and its bout to happen again here
Gimme the sparrow special
Absolutely
It was a big win for MCU
Girl they donāt pay you
Wait.. you are disputing that ?? It made over a billion dollars
D&W isnāt exactly quality
What do you think I said
I also feel like the whole Ryan Renolds Blake Livey situation had an impact on people switching up. Dawg they got dragged through mud on social media š
Maybe
I agree but itās not awful, and it did feel folks well enough to get them to go out in droves to the cinema
Candace Owenās basically managed to demonize Ryan to her āflockā,
Oh yeah about the deadpool jokes idfk man, never laughed once, his jokes feel like idk campy and weird instead of like a genuine black comedy line
Itās not the worst thing Iāve seen, but yes he has a big pull with the audience.
Is Fantastic Four really doing bad at the moment? I don't want Doomsday to be cancelled
They in too deep to cancel it
It's not doing very well.. Doomsday won't be cancelled
It's Avengers brand and it will make money
Imma watch it cause I think sorcerer man in armor in a robe looks cool š
They wonāt cancel Doomsday
How tf is F4 failing
You mean Doom?
They canāt cancel doomsday
Yeah doom
It won't be
Dope ass design
if they do Iāll unsubscribe from Disney š¤¬
Idk what theyre gonna do with the skirt but ill ignore it if they keep it
That's what I want to know, it's a good movie
Doom is one of my favorite Marvel villians and i can't wait to see him
Id prefer id mads mikelson got the role instead but whatever
RDJ can do accents like he did in tropic thunder, so i hope he has some new voice for this
U thinks theyāll have venom in secret wars? Or just spiderman in black symbiote?
I mean, there's some serious mcu fatigue overseas for sure.. also it doesn't have strong name recognition.
maybe they introduce Eddie Brock in spiderman brand new day, so after secret wars he gets symbiote
No chance
Happy Gilmore 2 > Fantastic 4
You take that back
Ngl id be shocked if i rated happy gilmore 2 above a 2.5
Thatās exactly what I gave it
Nuts movie
Weirdly sad and dark
It was a 2
aight here's my 300iq giga brain big dick take on the movies:
Pros:
-Less campy, more serious, so easier to invest in
-Stakes felt realish
Cons:
-The ye olde character death fake out
-idk why they had to make the baby the mcguffin
Sorryyy lol
I just
Really dont like him in comedic roles at all
honorable mentions: silv surf was hot and cool so thats a double plus
oh yeah those few shots where silv was like actually moving like a surfer
the body movements
was cool
The baby is powerful in comics too
instead of just silver npc on a board like that old f4 movie
i cannot fuck with those super mega giga power ulra max 9000 onjly 0.0001% of power obiltetron ahh characters
š Adam Sandler comedic roles donāt work for everyone fr, for me they
got this nostalgic quality to them idk why.
Yeah but boring
dr manhatten, homelander (first season), one punch man, and a couple others are the only super powerful characters i actually fucked with
The Incredibles did it so perfectly 20 years ago that it all feels so tired and repetitive now
cause like as a character trait, it plays a really good role for them in the story
whereas everyone else its just slop
No it isn't
you do know that the incredibles is heavily inspired by the fantastic four, right?
I do yeah
Incredibles is such a good F4 film that the actual new F4 movie is dull and cliche by comparison
i gotta disagree with you about the new f4 movie, i found it rather fantastic
Same
im not with em
gotg3
nwh
wakanda forever
shang chi
deadpool and wolverine
thunderbolts
f4
multiverse of madness
far from home
brave new world
quantumania
the marvels
black widow
eternals
love and thunder
F4 for me is top tier mcu movie
Iām procrastinating on work, this is good
for reference i love f4 and would drag my nuts thru 3 miles of broken glass to see it again
its all rubes
Solid list
when they reboot the mcu after secret wars i would not mind if they keep the 1960s retrofuturistic aesthetic for the main mcu
let every hero have golden age comic accurate costumes
i liked f4 a lot but im really bothered by the recent trend of studios being afraid to make longer movies and therefore cutting stuff out at the last minute
lean into the sci fi and silliness
i disagree
i want more serious stories
people are so afraid to make comic book movies that actually feel like comic books
Ya.. Superman had a similar problem too, its like studios think audience can't watch a bit longer movies and need constant action
its amazing how many mcu and dceu fans actively hate comics
bro wants serious and decides to watch comic movies š
aiiiiiight last jab promise uwu
its crazy
i dont give a fuck about the comics and im not afraid to say it
i grew up reading classic original iron man comics
the only comics i read was hentai
I don't hate comics at all but what I object to is when comicbook fans say the movies have to be exactly like comics when it is a different adaptation
marvel, when you recast iron man after secret wars PLEASE ADAPT THIS SUIT FAITHFULLY INTO LIVE ACTION I BEG YOU
THIS SHIT IS SO FIRE
I mean, it has to be different for sure
the mark 85 is my favorite mcu iron man suit because it has the gold shoulders and thighs like this comic suit
cause i thought it was f4 skrull guys war or somthing
thats secret invasion
amazing
What a disappointment secret invasion was
secret wars is when doctor doom takes control of the multiverse and forces heroes from different realities to fight each other to save their own dimensions
did they already do that š
idk what youre talking about, there is no secret invasion in the mcu
i mean id like something more grounded but aight we'll see
I meant the show
still no clue what youre talking about, there is no show
hes baiting you
the first movies had style like iron man with acdc being some coke snorting psycho who picked up baddies and the plot was around some military contracting etc.
or hulk just being a rampaging maniac type shit
or like gotg too was centered around a personal vendetta
hes baiting
I wanna forget that secret invasion ever existed in mcu as well
It could have been done so well
What a wasted opportunity
Worst part of the mcu
did jackson atleast say mothefucker
He probably did.. honestly I just wanna forget about this show
Will Daredevil also be recast after Secret Wars?
No
nope š
Agreed
itās still leagues better than the other f4 adaptions so that a w

tf is Wong doing to the silver surfer
Trust us, you donāt want to miss the most twisted film of the summer. #WeaponsMovie is now 100% on Rotten Tomatoes. Only in theaters August 8. GET TICKETS NOW.
From New Line Cinema and Zach Cregger, the wholly original mind behind Barbarian, comes a new horror/thriller: Weapons.
When all but one child from the same class mysteriously vanish ...
I thankfully have never seen it
Ya don't see it.
You wonāt know if itās good, bad, mediocre, or a disaster until you see it. I believe all MCU projects and films or TV series are worth watching at least once. You might discover something you like or enjoy parts of them when you see them in action rather than through othersā perspectives.
The stars of 'The Fantastic Four: First Steps' test who knows one another best in this episode of Vanity Fair Game Show. They filmed together, but how much do they actually know about each other? What was Pedro's favorite superhero growing up? If Vanessa could be any other 'Fantastic Four' member, who would she be? What is Joseph's idea of a per...
@astral trout you can talk here
Thank You!
I loved this movie ngl
Same
Yup
the closest i've ever come to wanting to commit piracy was when this shot happened in the movie and i wanted to take a photo so bad š
Isn't it in the trailer?
What could be better in your honest opinion?
gimme the damn deleted scenes with SS
Movie felt cut up and too short.
If anything more with the characters, specifically the Thing and added scenes for Silver Surfer because her emotional arch is so abrupt by the time we find out to the pay off of her purpose.
Now that I think about it, it would be neat to re-edit the movieās backstory scene a bit earlier. I hope to get the movie in my hands, might do it.
Silver surger being galactoās wife was new to me. I didnāt think that was necessary. Also making galacto kind of geriatric against sue stormās jedi like force pushing. But besides those things it wasnāt a bad film. Richard reedus could have used more development in the whole i think of all the evil things and then come up with ways to hurt them before they do. But they left it hanging unfortunately
Good ol stretcho
She wasn't his wife?
Like at all?
But she...isnt?
This is not good https://www.reddit.com/r/boxoffice/s/CjlBN4lCKB
I was underwhelmed. Production design is amazing, but the characters felt lacking and Giacchino was missing his usual flair
what
It's a 3 star film
what did the characters lack?
i'm more just astounded that they said the soundtrack was "missing flair"
i think people are bent on hating this
at its worst its a 4star movie
characters are fleshed, the world while lacking is just the start
im not the person to speak to on music on my movies cause the names Trent Reznor, Atticus, Gorranson, Zimmer mean I automatically like it
i gave this and superman both a 4/5, and thunderbolts* a 4.5/5
but i am biased because i am a massive sentry glazer
Very confusing for me, honestly, both Superman and FF are falling below my prediction by 20% at their respective time.
this is truly the beginning of ACTUAL superhero fatigue
people have talked about superhero fatigue in previous years but the comic book movies that flopped were always mid to bad
I think that may be happening, despite my optimism that itās just bad movie fatigue lol
this summer we have two fantastic superhero movies that, while not doing poorly, just arent getting people excited the way they used to
I am very excited by both, and neither disappointed me on a production and story levels.
fantastic four should have started phase 4
imagine if the first movie after endgame was in a new universe
really kickstarting the "MULTIVERSE SAGA"
marvel should have been building up two or three different universes for the past five years so they could then have them collide in secret wars
FF should be 300mil by end of week 2, and Superman should be 600mil by end of week 4, but neither looks likely.
we could have had two fantastic four movies by now
i think superman will squeak out 600 million
considering the current state of dc that is incredible
At least FF has a strategic misstep like you said (pun intended), but Superman underperforming by that much is a bit surprising.
not at all
the last five dceu movies all made under 400 million and were widely disliked
Yeah, by END OF RUN⦠I predicted end of weekend 4
dc movies have been the butt of the joke for the last half decade
Both movies are excellent though.
FF and superman are both phenomenal movies that truly embrace the fact that they are based off of comic books
Yes, which is why itās a bit mystifying for me that it looks like Bad Guys 2 and The Naked Gun is eating into their respective box-office.
I will reluctantly conclude that Superhero Fatigue may actually be a thing
marvel just knew that they didnt have a billion dollar franchise ending movie and released alot of mid since then
so im glad they went back to the self contained stories with F4
thunderbolts worked cause it also had a human/emotional appeal
same for this movie
and i think there is genuine fatigue on cape movies
if they had made this EXACT same fantastic four movie in 2021 it would have been a billion dollar movie
i used to think it truly was just "bad movie fatigue" but at this point it really might be superhero fatigue
for sure, cause we were ALL IN for those movies with endgame/IW
i mean captain marvel was pretty mid but made a billion because it was between IW and endgame
marvel needed to ride that momentum
its not entirely marvel's fault though, there was a whole "global pandemic" or whatever...
but yea it seems like lately theyve made the cape movies for comic books fans, leaning into the "this is a super baby" of it all
After Endgame, I think they over saturated Streaming Serial. But thatās a pandemic strategy and being D+ they were āfeeding their left hand with their right handā to boost corporate crap, and definitely victim of creative accounting audience squeeze that Bob Chapek initiated. But they are back with a vengeance BUT not getting any steam is a bit surprising.
yea
yep, chapek was really focused on getting as much content onto disney+ as quickly as possible
having 5? 6? shows with multiple seasons, world building , that you almost HAD to watch to get the next slate of movies
but in reality, you didnt need Wandavision to enjoy MOM
FF is too good to be a 600-700mil end-of-run film.
they should have been doing their shows like born again from the start
lower budget, yearly seasons, not necessary viewing to understand the movies
The studio probably expected this movie to make Wakanda Forever numbers.
they tried to treat shows as if they were movies
theres nothing "uniquely special" about f4
they are just a family
black panther had bipoc
and legacy
Sam Raimi was handicapped to high hell and you know it. You can see it on screen that they let him rip in maybe 4 sequences.
going back to 2022, MoM and thor 4 both made nearly a billion because there was still that endgame momentum that was renewed by no way home
if sam raimi had been in charge from day one it would have been a peak movie
same with Aquaman, killed in asiacause of the features
i actually dont mind MoM
That movie couldāve been a lot better if Feige didnāt interfere too much.
but you can tell it had two contrasting visions
No! It cant be true! There were absolutely no signs whatsoever
Or not castrated by the Marvel āwe need continuityā machines 80% of the film
the issue with MoM is it only went to 2 other universes lol
i know im very subtle about it
the need for continuity is the EXACT reason my gf disliked F4
but she liked it more than Superman
you have no idea how it felt having one of my favorite marvel characters be someone that most marvel fans didnt even know existed
she thought F4 should have a stronger arching connection
so glad they put him in the MCU
I tried to explain its a different universe
They went to way more lol⦠just in passing⦠I canāt help but to think under full Raimi control itād be all nonsense wild crap that wouldāve just been awesome
Yeah I didnt know about him before but he was fun to see
its so crazy to me how many huge MCU fans are disgusted by the concept of comic books
like bro these are comic book movies
you are no less of a nerd than me if you watch them religiously
Or DCEU fans on comic books lol
its absurd
They want to be superior
Yup lol
you have to separate comic fans from movie fans, we have a different way of thinking
you love the movies but despise the literal source material for no reason
i grew up reading comics
The general audience donāt care about comics.
i love when comic book movies are silly and campy and fantastical like comics
normies dont
Fans āwants the same thing, but you better make it also new and freshā, we saw that with Star Wars trying to cater to that
i dont need these movies to be grounded and feel like they take place in our world
i know im in the minority in terms of general audiences
ignores eternals
Comic books arenāt exactly silly and campy most of the time.
i like eternals š¹
but things happen in the comics all the time that could never happen in movies because it would be too jarring for general audiences
to be fair, i watced several deleted scenes that added a lot of context and exposition before watching the movie, so i never found it confusing like a lot of people
Iām mature enough to separate realities, like I didnāt HATE Marvels and Eternals, just disappointed that they were just āby the bookā fair.
but after watching it i was like "if i hadnt watched those scenes first i would have been so lost"
Many pre MCU superhero movies were comic booky. Even MCU movies arenāt exactly grounded or realistic.
To me it was just kind of boring, it probably would've benefited more as a series. I didn't really care for most of the characters because they had little time to develop
eternals 100% should have been a show, it is one of the few mcy projects that actually would have benefited from being a series
It just felt rushed and like it could've been great but was half Baked
they also should have let the director follow her original vision of having it take place in an alternate universe and ending with the eternals losing and the earth being destroyed
Runtime is a big hurt, but then again, they shouldnāt have been scripted for so long in the first place. Both FF and Superman has huge swatches cut out to make runtime but still made sense.
but i guess now we have adamantium thanks to the eternals
And because it wasn't, its sequel now rots in cbmh with blade
Brave New World tried to shoehorn Eternals into itā¦
Blade needs a movie lol. The general audience know who he is.
I prayed to heaven and earth, it would be its own story, and it wasnt
Sinners proved all you need is fed contacts and blood effects, marvel is just tripping
Quantumania and Brave New World are the only two āOMFG why is this so laggyā films in the post-Endgame MCU for me. Even the Marvels is somewhat serviceable.
Ryan Coogler should direct Blade instead of another BP film. Cast MBJ
Cooglerās Blade will make shit load of money too.
I said on release all Antmans can and will suck
and low and behold
they all sucked
I hope he directs it
Change of CEO and āfuck you Chapekā internally⦠basically
Cool character with some interesting mythos.
The og was good
The first Ant-Man was decent.
How dare you! We got the greatest Mexican representation in cinema history with luis!
I enjoyed the stupidity of antman films, but even I hit my limits with Quantumania
He was latino dude personified
It was laughably bad
Who is missing in Quantumania
Which I hated
Scott's friends were the best part of 1 and 2
Exactly, that film is so structurally flawed
Remove the only real driving part of the movies before it⦠stupid
no luis in quantumania is the reason it flopped
fucking IMAGINE if luis was there with scott in the quantum realm through the whole movie
Nah it was just mediocre slop
Too high a price.
ļøļø
ļøļøExperience The Fantastic Four: First Steps in theaters now. Get tickets:Ā fandango.com/FantasticFour
absolute cinema
Jonathan Majors is the only dude who did some acting in that film.
He would've soloed kang
That's why scott struggled
he unironically could have talked them out of that entire situation
Probably
Partially, making it have no real world connection is the reason. Lack of Luis is a byproduct of that unfortunate executive decision.
the whole movie feels like it was filmed in one room (because it was)
When Sharkboy and Lavagirl did better big head visual effect designsā¦
And more quotable dialogue
And better fight designs lol
Pretty much better everything lol
Even some of the costumes somehow looked nicer
And that's saying something
Absolutely, especially when comparing to āanother film made in a green roomā
I stand by my 3 star review. If i wasn't on my phone i would go onto more detail. I was just unmoved in either direction. It was just ok for me
3.5 for me⦠mainly because it feels like a setup film more than anything
I do like the film, so itās a 3.5 with a like
Thunderbolts at least had more resolutions
But FF is still the best standalone movie in McU since Iron Man imo
That's a huge statement
I mean, itās the only other truly stand alone film lol⦠thatās the joke
No drama
Just sad it didnāt do as well as it should
And me being reluctantly admitting that Superhero Fatigue may be real
I think itās just the loss of China as a market
The billion dollar gross is now an extremely tough nut to crack
And thatās proportionate the whole way down
That is very true
this is true
foreign countries in general just do not want to support american movies right now, and i cant say i blame them
To my personal delight, Avatar 3 could be the one to beat the trend
It still has a strong foothold in Asian markets
avatar 3 is an easy billion dollar movie, the real question is if its a 2 billion dollar movie
I think word of mouth will be very kind
Apparently 2 & 3 were originally one script, so this is basically just the climax of a longer story
Endgame/Return Of The King style
Expect big things
That explains 2
That's fine I just didnt care much for it
It just felt the same (more or less) as the first one to me
Galactus is giant
Not a big fan of this one
Feels a bit bland
that's the good shit
though I will say this, they started to loose me just a little bit sometimes
but they did eventually drag me back in
Marvel Comics writers, artists, and creatives were invited to visit the set of The Fantastic Four: First Steps during filming. Hear from iconic Marvel Comics names C.B. Cebulski, Ryan North, Mark Bagley, Tom Brevoort, Dan Slott, Chip Zdarsky, and Matt Fraction as they express their excitement seeing the Fantastic Four come to life in the MCU.
...
I don't read comics but it must be so cool for these writers and artists to see what they have created in a comic book come to life.
Oof.. is this film technically a flop?
We don't know yet but it is not doing as well as people hoped
šš„³ superhero movies are dying š¾š
Too soon to tell, next year with Spiderman and a Avengers movie plus Supergirl and Clayface movie will say a lot.
If both Spiderman and Avengers also don't do well then supehero movie genre is in big trouble.
I do think the days when any marvel movie would make a lot of money are basically over.
Itās underperforming a lot
Spider-Man and Avengers will do brilliant numbers, but that doesnāt mean the genre is saved
It means those individual IPs are still lucrative
Batman, Spider-Man and Avengers titles will always make money irrelevant of the genre losing popularity
Fwiw I do think Gunn and DC have the right approach - Lanterns being a HBO drama with a prestigious showrunner, Clayface being a (relatively) low budget body horror etc
Find new uses for the IPs, cos the genre in its standard format isnāt a draw anymore
Is clayface going to be linked with gunn's universe or reeve's?
If me and my dad see it today will it help?
Cape Fatigue is real
its in gunn's dcu, but wont have any real story ties, just take place within the universe
hmmm
Sure it will
My friends saw it too so I donāt get why itās not very successful
Is it cursed because of the older F4s?
First impressions matter
The first 2000s Spiderman and Xmen movies were successes but the first 2000s F4 one wasnāt
Itās crazy that Thunderbolts and F4 are some of the best projects Marvel has ever done and nobodyās watching them. Thatās whatās happens when you drop garbage for 5 years straight
Did marvel "M. night" itself?
Boo
Stupid boring JW Rebirth lol
I'm surprised that Jurassic World is doing better than both F4 and Superman. My uncle went to the theatre today to watch Fantastic Four. I honestly think that Spider-Man will do well. Could it be the marketing that went wrong with F4?
Fantastic Four was great
Jurassic was not good but has better brand recognition than marvel with the GA atm
Still a 5 for me
its the 3rd possibly 2nd best JPark though
noooo
the sleepy trex river scene was cinema
Never would have imagined that Jurassic park won the summer box office against these
superman too much for the intl audience.
ff not enough for the ww audience
Shitty timeline
Lol
Tf is a Drex š
is that a new meme
its what james gunn calls supermans wang
Its like if someone bashed in a t rex's skull
And made it ugly
Is there a lore reason how Johnnyās clothes donāt catch on fire?
Fire resistant clothes?
Uuuuuunstable molecules
Oh so thatās why the girl he picked up didnāt get burned
I really adore how they visualized Sue's powers
yesssss
Only one person can save the superhero movie genre now.
genuinely releasing a spider-man movie before the next avengers movie is the very best thing marvel could do to get general audiences thinking about marvel again
delaying doomsday to after brand new day was an extremely smart decision (and not just because they literally havent finished the script and literally just needed more time to make the movie)
That's a very good point. Spiderman and Avengers are probably the two top Marvel brands as well.
This was actually good fuck
all the leaks regarding spiderman are insane, || spiderman vs hulk vs punisher || š ts is cinema
Imagine if ||punisher gets war machine suit ||
Doubt about the last part
Brand New Day will be absolute cinema
And if that movie is great then we get a crazy post credits scene teasing Doomsday and Spider-Man will return in Avengers: Doomsday text
That was bring marvel back on top
Then Doomsday then the untitled 2027 movie which should be doctor strange 3 which will most likely lead into secret wars
Then 2028 blade and x men
Marvel vs DC will be off the charts
But I see Marvel winning the last stretch of this decade
not even a leak at this point, it's been reported by the trades
it is official info
Iām talking about the footage of the battle, and stunts, people are leaking the filming of ts on TikTok
stg it may be the best spiderman movie ever šš·ļø
Send
Black Panther 3 in 2028 too
i thought they didnt start filming the actual fight sequence until tomorrow?
Denzel in it too
So peak
today they were mainly just preparing the sets and doing some pickup shots
Marvel got a good future if doomsday and secret wars are peak
What yāall think about Carlyās secret identity?
Carly is Sadie Sinkās character
I dm u the clips I put in spoiler bracket just in case u didnāt want to be spoiled
Destin Daniel Cretton is directing the movie, so nothing to worry about.
The spiderman fight choreography about to be unreal fam
And the whole "doomsday was thought of before Kang reshuffle" was utter bullshit... just like.. stop lying to us...
Sony looks like they are going to stop with the Spiderman Rogue Gallery or whatever it's called shit for a while, at least
"ON TOP" is not the words I'd use... "fans' good graces" would be...
Only if they can reshuffle well using those films... not saying they can't but yeah... it'll be a bit of a minor miracle if they can completely right the ship with just 2 films.
no i actually saw reports that they were planning on making rdj the villain at least a year before the announcement, feige wasnt lying about that
Hmm really? But he also said Kang is not going to be recast... so he's using that to cover for Kang shuffling, so yeah... maybe not a real lie, but could've just told us straight
Who knows, I certainly think all Disney properties rushes too quickly to distance themselves from actors and filmmakers at the first sign of trouble without full info.
It's happened to Lassetter, Gunn, Majors, and Depp.... I'm sure more if I dug.
It was really a mistake to put Doomsday in 2026 you put a new season of Daredevil, Supergirl, and a Spider-Man movie and you expect people to give a shit?
they were planning for options outside of kang before the stuff with the actor happened because kang as a character just was not connecting with audiences the way they had hoped
What reports? Avengers: The Kang Dynasty was supposed to release this year iirc
The only reason this didnāt end up becoming a thing was because of Jonathan Majorsā assault case, which led to him being sacked. Otherwise, they were happy to have Kang as the main villain before the controversy.
I think that was a major factor, but also Kang was defeated in an Ant-man film. That is not an Avengers level threat.
That's barely a threat at all
They already undermined the character by doing that
He was coming back
Itās easy for Feige to say Kang wasnāt popular or didnāt appeal to the audience because Majorsā performance was praised by many.
Nobody predicted this guy would end up with a controversy.
Then they hired RDJ as Doom because they needed a familiar face to carry the Avengers.
Yeah, but wasn't that variant supposed to be the biggest and baddest and he was defeated by ants?
Very much killed the threat
And maybe they could have recovered from that, but with the actor being charged, there was no reason to try
I believe there was another variant who was more powerful and dangerous. That was the plan
I mean, I don't disagree that getting RDJ back is just a stunt
But I think there were other valid reasons to drop Kang
I donāt think people had any issues with Kang. In fact, the problem with Quantumania was that it was poorly directed. Kang carried that movie and the role was wasted.
absolutely insane that kang dynasty was gonna come out may of this year
theres a parallel universe where its already out
If they were smart, Spider-Man shouldāve been the lead of upcoming Avengers films.
Look at how much hype there is just from announcing his suit. Holland is probably the most popular MCU actor after RDJ.
I donāt think Sony have issues considering Spidey was in Infinity War and Endgame.
also narratively it makes zero sense for street level 20 year old spider-man to be leading a grouo of multiversal avengers
but not the lead
Him being street level isnāt an issue. Spider-Man like Batman is a very versatile character that can work in many genres.
Spider-Man is the face of Marvel
He should technically be leading events
And narratively it can work considering Spider-Man is another character who relies on his intelligence and preparation. Even though he isnāt the most powerful character out there, his ingenuity is what makes him special.
Anyways, I wouldnāt be surprised if Brand New Day makes more than Doomsday.
The IP has been doing very well
880 mil, 1.133 bil, and 1.921 bil during the pandemic are all crazy numbers.
I agree that Spidey will do much better than Doomsday mainly because the current Avengers rota doesn't have the recognisable characters
I mean, Thunderbolts was great, and I love Yelena, but it's not og Cap etc
It's not, no. Spiderman is spicy hot in the box office
Spider-Man will do better than Doomsday, You've called it first and I agree
I didn't call it first, someone else did earlier
I wouldn't underestimate Avengers Doomsday though like people love nostalgia stuff and we have got RDJ back as well as whole host of other characters and I think people will watch that.
I think both could be a billion at least
Idk if spider man will do better
As long as Doomsday has a hype trailer and everyone gets excited
Doomsday should be one of the highest grossing movies ever
Ya, there's no chance of that..right now with where MCU is at.. a billion and a half would be big win for Doomsday.
A lot can change in a year and a half
I mean if Spiderman is awesome but I hear the movie doesn't lead directly into Doomsday and so I don't know how much of a impact it will have
The movie set in the 60s had cooler technology than now
What happened to the box office. I am really surprised
I thought this was a good film with repeat value for sure
Ya I thought it was a fantastic movie but looks like, a lot of normal audiences have abandoned MCU movies that include characters which aren't well known.
If they marketed this as a sci fi romance more people would see it
Doubt that.. marketing did have issues though
So, it might just cross 500 million
Not a lot of big movies coming but F4 isn't doing as well internationally as we thought
And it is not doing as well domestically as Superman
It made good money itās opening weekend last weekend but since China is a huge market for Hollywood movies, thatās why there was a huge drop
Itās not just China
āOoh, heard itās good, but itāll be on D+ in 2 months, Iāll waitā syndrome
If you wanna be positive
For those keeping track...
FANTASTIC FOUR is not a top-tier Marvel franchise. Never has been. These are FIRST STEPS aka BABY STEPS. So, $198M US/CAN, $368M globally (and counting) ain't bad. Remember, this ramps up into AVENGERS. That's the real payoff.
kojima liked fantastic four, W
True
What about for Madame Web lol
Yeah but first Avengers had 4 years built up of mostly good films, and to endgame was 10. Since then the last 5 years had really been hit and misses⦠I donno how much effect 2-3 films are really going to do immediately towards Doomsday and Secret Wars⦠but weāll see.
Sony Spiderstuff is mishandled to high hell⦠even Spiderverse stuff are wildly mishandled, and itās a GOOD part of the Sony stuff. It almost feels like some sort of passive aggressive revenge strategy that they need to hold onto Spider-Man IP just to spite Marvel/Disney.
The iron grip Sony has on Spider-Man is sickening
It's obsessive. I get that it's about making money, but they lost so much on the non-mainline ones, and have to share profit with the Tom Holland ones, that it barely makes sense to hold onto it like Gollum.
Based Kojima
Kinda funny tho the embed ends with "everything is crafted"
Sony be treating the IP like itās their precious
Itās not
Itās Stan Leeās PRECIOUS
I honestly feel that Marvel would mess up the money making machine of Spider-Man, probably forcing a Miles Morales story too soon
we already have Miles, he's just animated
They already are doing that in Sony though, in Spiderverse
Sony was trying to push the villains stuff that was each one less ok than the previous... and Venom films aren't good films, objectively... just that Hardy is so compelling to watch that it works
I meant that Marvel would push for a Live Action Miles Morales way too soon. Peter Parker still has much to do in Live Action
The first is pretty good 2 and 3 are just mid
Agreed, but what I was saying that they somewhat works because of Hardy
They tried to duplicate that formula with the other ones, taking decent actors who works hard up, hoping they can build movies that works around them but with shitty script and executions.
Well, we know the results.
I mean I generally hate Jared Leto, but that's neither here nor there to the failures of Morbius.
Ahh gotcha
Spider-Man movies have been so good. The villain movies not so much
Madame web excluded
But yeah
Brand New Day is doing the Symbiote btw
Itās Black-Suit Spidey going up against morally grey guys like Punisher and aggro Hulk
Should be a blast
Proof?
People who complain on how bad superhero movies are nowadays when asked if theyāll see 3 amazing superhero movies that came out in one year
They've sadly grown tired of the slop they've lost faith
MCU has had too many misses recently for people to just wait and only watch big MCU movies like Spiderman and Avengers too or Deadpool and wolverine last year. For a lot of casual audience, other mcu movies just aren't worth the time or money anymore.
This is also why, they have to tamp down on budgets because it is not sustainable for every mcu movie to be 200 million dollars production budget.
People were audibly bummed out after reading āFantastic four will return in Doomsdayā. That says a lot about the future of mcuā¦
Really?
Some people sure but I don't get the reason why.
Yea my theater did not like I just think the novelty of anticipating the movies has just gone away because itās that same fear of investing so much time into the story just to get more of the thing they liked.
Thatās was the few whispers I picked up on when walking past the groups of friends.
Yeah that's true
For a while I felt similarly
I don't get how you wouldn't like to see FF team in next year's Avengers if you liked this movie.
It definitely isn't the marketing bcs there had been Marvel projects with almost zero promos compared to f4
spiderman is the mcu superman
Probably wanting FF to stau self contained
Ya but this is MCU though and the movie is self contained, also they don't need to see Avengers doomsday if they don't want to and the movie is late next year.
are those people in the room with you now?
Nope. That was my imax experience with the film last week.
that just doesnt make any sense
I think one big drop off was that people wanted to see more of the relationship developed as husband and wife between Galacto and Silver Bal
What
Yes agreed, itās a shame they didnāt focus on this : (
Loll
While I like Joseph Quinn and Vanessa Kirby as Johnny and Sue they are 0/2 in casting Storm siblings that actually look related
I say 0/2 because canonically in Fant4stic one of them is adopted
Since...yeah I don't think that would work if they were biological siblings
Also this is bugging me did Johnny at any point say Flame On, not including that Cereal Box toy
No I dont think so
I dont think it would have fit tonally for him to do that lol
And the film makes it clear the catchphrases are really just from the cartoon and merch
I think it was a bad idea F4 werenāt introduced as supporting characters prior making the film.
The general audience doesnāt like F4 from the looks of it.
Marvel has a chance to regain goodwill with Brand New Day, Doomsday, and Secret Wars, and then do a proper reboot of the MCU by starting the next phase with the X-Men.
They like it, people just aren't seeing it
movie was shit
doom was the most interesting and worst part
I still haven't watched 2015 F4 movie
don't
This wouldāve been a billion dollar movie pre COVID era Marvel.
even if this had come out in 2022 it would have been a billion dollar movie
Bro is supposed to be one of the most powerful entities in the universe, and their (apparently the smartest guy on earth) plan is to set up a comically obviously mouse trap like they're hunting possums, and this guy almost fell for it lmao
How do I take this shit seriously
He didnāt fall for it
What are they supposed to do lol
Galactus is way too powerful. Even in the comics, they struggle to take down this guy unless there is plot induced stupidity involved.
He needed to do a full scan in order to tell that the baby's been switched, when anyone looking at this thing for two seconds can realize there's something fishy going on. The whole trap setup is looney tune level of obvious bruh, at least they couldve asked the invisible woman to hide the setup or create an illusion or whatever
- Strongest guy in the universe
- Lived for billions of years
- Basically the intelligence of some wild animals
This guy wouldn't survive for two seconds if he operated like that, especially if his whole thing is to eat planets of intelligent beings
Title card: I still haven't watched 2015 F4 movie 4
I wanted to say that this is the most charmless human torch but I genuinely couldn't remember anything about the Michael B Jordan human torch lol
Well, Galactus probably thought they just gave up the baby and it also shows how important that baby really is for him that he would go out himself and he realised quite quickly that the baby had been switched as well. Also, at that time Silver surfer was nowhere to be found or Galactus might have sent her to retrieve the baby.
That's why Silver surfer said that she selects planets for Galactus to devour..
here for my daily, FU to FF haters
You have already claimed your daily tickets!
Next daily on <t:1754352000:f>
watch it if youre so bored with movies that you want a movie to inspire you to watch better movies
well im going tomorrow again if it makes a differenceš¤£
No itās my favorite Fant4stic
I kinda doubt it honestly
It would certainly be doing better, but I dont think it would've crossed 1 billion
The are super Famous, but I just dont think it would've been able to cross it
I can definitely see it in the 800 or 850 million area
Maybe even 900 million
Captain Marvel grossed over 1 billion and that was a mediocre movie.
Fantastic Four may not be a household name globally, but they were A listers compared to IPs like GOTG, which had solid box office success.
The movie has also received positive reviews.
good!
having to follow thor 4, cap 4, cap marvel 2, eternals, Quantumania,
they were already on a rough leg, the movie was fantastic though
Tbf, that was heavily tied in with infinity war due to the post credit scene
It was also the first marvel film with a female lead
And?
F4 ties in with Doomsday and has a post credit scene which involves Doom. Back then people wouldāve been very interested in this film.
Ahh that's true
I'd kinda forgot about that
In that case I can maybe seeing it make 1 billion
this is my biggest thing, people want a big bad to have a reason to watch the inbetween movies
remember when thanos first got his post credit scenes, massive hype
In hindsight, it might have been a mistake for Marvel to release F4 in July. One main reason why many people (esp with families) didn't watch F4 is mainly because they had spent money on first Jurassic world and Superman. Watching 3 movies in theatres esp if you have children is very costly.
They shouldāve introduced F4 much earlier
And build the interest amongst the audience
Then release the film
Theyāre both British at least š¤·āāļø
In a different movie? F4 takes place in its own universe though.
That could be addressed
They should have released this movie a bit late.. like Thunderbolts came out only in May and it's F4 in July, maybe a October or November release would have been better.
3 MCU movies came out in first 7 months of this year..
A lot to digest
I think August-October wouldāve been more suitable
Especially since F4 first steps is more set in like October I think
is it really rushed if their most foe is doom?
and tbh strongest foe
he also gonna take goddfather good to their next child
There is barely any build up towards the events unlike Infinity saga
especially when they involved Mephisto
fair, thanos had the entire (pre-avengers) warning of his coming
but this F4 group in another universe, with their own doom is a build up
moving galactus across the universe is build up
Hell, Doom only appeared in the mid credit scene when heās their biggest nemesis. They thought making Galactus the antagonist in the movie will make them more money.
We needed to see that rivalry between F4 and Doom.
making doom the first villain would seem to soon to me, but like a fight him now/ward him off and make him run, then Fantastic Four 2: Giant Step, introduce galactus, have Doom warn about him in the first movie
Just two movies arenāt enough
Doom as a main villain is absolutely being rushed and that's a fact. Yes Thanos didn't appear a lot but he was teased throughout like in Guardians first and then later too, also in first avengers it was Thanos who ordered Loki to attack NY.
in the 3rd movie we get the beyonder cause with Galactus/Doom knowing about other universes, they try and explore
and we get Big Bey
Let's also not forget that Doom was not the initial big bad of MCU, it was supposed to be Kang but that failed badly.
i hope this doom is already full mystical doom
would explain why he didnt go to space and get radiated
If it had been Doom from the start and F4 would have been introduced a bit earlier it would have been different.
f4 should have come up during Quantumania
would have made so much money
and added some sense
Kang is also a F4 villain
yeppers
In fact, F4 shouldāve been introduced just after Endgame as supporting characters in some movie.
tbf they were introduced in TBolts
to a degree
the starship was atleast
but even the F4 director said he had no choice in that happening
Thunderbolts was released this year. Iām saying just after Endgame.
That's not a real introduction.
i said to a degree
This movie was Fantastic
Real him on IMAX was so sick
The fact that the smartest man in the mcu couldnāt figure out how to install a car seat is crazy
Iām going to see it on Thursday
Wasnāt a regular car seat tho lmao
True lol
