#How would you go about finding Friends/Actors who are willing to work with you for free?

Let's say you have little to zero budget, you want to start making a film, but it requires people who are committed to it.

I already asked my friends, some I can already figure that they are not interested. Being in my little film project.

If I want to make something good, it would really need to have some people who would be on board all the way.

Plenty of events and film festivals which have filmmakers that wanna do stuff

Find a filmmaking group near you.
Maybe contact acting schools/theatre kids

Also,
Don't expect anyone to be as passionate about your project as yourself.
You need to lead this project.

Others may come on board for all shoot days, but don't expect others to take initiative in planning/guiding

That would merely be a fortunate bonus if ever it happens

Being an actor requires alot of time, effort and commitment.

You don't want to make a film project where you have actors who are bad or half-assing it.

Use your family, use your friends, use your classmates and coworkers, use your neighbors... learn to pest them in the most charming and irresistible way until they agree. There's no way you have access to "good actors", so adapt your stories to the material you have and use your creativity to obtain the most of it. Don't give up. You'll be building up qualities that will be super useful down the road.

hahaha. No money involved, that's the whole point. You only have your dreams, and you need to put extra of your part to start and keep going, but ultimately there are things you can't do alone. You need friends. That's all what I meant...
