I’m interested to know what is the value amount that you would be considered too costly for you for a film festival? A digital film festival?
What’s your maximum amount? And average spend?
I’m starting to get into it and would love your opinion and feedback.

The most I’ve spent on a single festival submission is $90. Depending on the awards and how much the odds are in my favor, currently I’d probably spend maximum $100 on a festival. Any more than that and I basically can’t submit to as many festivals.
In the future? I’ll have more budget and that ceiling will certainly go into the hundreds.

the digital ones are useless to me. At physical ones, I can network and meet other filmmakers but digital ones, it's just a case of trying to get people to see my film which is what I'm already doing half the time
