I am trying to watch more movies recently. I have not watched many movies, and if you recommend anything it's most likely I haven't seen it yet.
I need something that is engaging, fun or emotional, etc.
I love romance, comedy, action, horror, etc. Basically anything is fine. I enjoy anime as well, but I've watched a decent amount of romance animes so it's likely I've seen it.

My favorite movies I have watched recently: La La Land, John Wick 4, Bullet Train, The Nice Guys, Lars and the real girl, Everything Everywhere All At Once.

I just want to watch good movie sand enjoy them.

Since you like anime and comedy id suggest Scott Pilgrim the live action movie and then the new Scott Pilgrim anime that just came out

If you like action then I recommend Die Hard, Nobody, and Violent Night for no specific reasons other then they're the first ones that came to my mind. I also think you should check out Whiplash, it's purely a drama but it's directed by the same person who directed La La Land and I think both of those movies have thematic similarities.
