If someone could help me identify a film I saw, I would be really amazed.
I'm looking for the name of a film I saw about a year ago but fell asleep half way through as it was like 4am but I am desperatly trying to find the name of. Someone will know this, I know it.
Distinct points I remember:
It opens and follows a young male in his mid twenties who is working on a film set as a stunt man, he's got stage wires on and it shows him featuring in commericals and film sets, cakes thrown on him and the like in high detail and slow motion. This is REALLY profound in the opening shots, slow-mo etc. He's bald/skinhead, reminded me of the lead from Prison Break. The first 15 minutes are one continuous shot (I think) of him working and then getting un-wired and then going home. It really made a point of de-glamourising the life of a stunt man, almost making it seem quite humiliating.
It doesn't feature music, it's hand held cam close to the guy at all times, seems really art house, Sundance-esk. The cinematography was absolutely beautiful. He had a romantic interest I remember too.
He's wanted by some sort of law enforcement who seem to be harassing him in the first half of the film.
Long shot I know, and I'm really sorry it's so little to go on but I never could find the name of it and would love to watch it again in full. It was like watching someone's memory. Thank you.
